    Pcod and thyroid problems are due to hormone imbalance. It has nothing to do with diet. Diet comes in place only during treatment of pcod and thyroid,but eating healthy doesn't necessarily ensures that u can't have pcod or thyroid problems.

    @@anurag1469 diet impacts hormone to a great deal if you don't already know that, that is why it is included when treatments. And obviously eating right doesn't guarantee non occurance of disease but high sodium and preservatives foods, wrong food combination, plastic packed food does impact our health and ultimately our hormones.

    4. White Table Salt / Tata Iodized Salt Replace by Saindha Namak /Rock Salt, Black Salt/Kala Namak 3. Pickles containing Preservatives replace by non Preservative Pickles 2. Commercially made Mozrella Cheese like Amul replace by home made Cheese 1. Synthetic Vinegar replace by Natural or organic based Vinegar. But the big question is how much reliable is the LABEL CLAIM alone ?

    Source on Rock salt containing Iodine? I've personally researched this and have decided to use both alternatively. Iodine is extremely important and isn't found much if at all in Himalaya rock salt. So if you should be very wary of this.

    @@VISHALPANDEY-wk6qx Nowadays thyroid and pcod are the most common ailments, not merely because of iodine, but because of over-modern, unhealthy & western lifestyle, like lack of exercise, poor diet, excess eating outside, addiction to gadgets and improper schedule like sleeping late waking up late and all that stuff. 3 out 5 women are suffering pcod and 4 out of 6 are suffering thyroid problems.

    @@aniketpatel8089 I know iodine ki kami se goitre hota hai aur wo goitre thyroid me hi hota hai...but iodine k aur b sources hote hai... it's not about supporting this video but basically koi b health expert processed salt ko quit kr k sendha namak lene ko hi suggest krega. Mujhe mere doctor ne kiya hai... aur is video k ane k bht saal pehle se main aur meri puri family literally processed salt k sare packets road pe fek k sea salt le aye ghar, salo se use kr rhe aur we are very healthy now as compared to earlier. Aur ha, mujhe ye sb bolne k liye kisi ne koi sponsor nai kiya h it's just my honest opinion 🙏

    Main sources of iodine is animal protein and sea food..which is difficult to get fm daily Indian diet..all black salts in market are non iodized.. prolonged use of it lead to iodine deficiency..as you mentioned lentils.its contains very negligible quantity of iodine..so practically the only sourse of iodine is iodized salt

    Don't forget the Spinach and green vegetables but the problem is they lose Mineral slowly and even a lot of Spinach can cause problems lol Its just wrong to assume things but that's the problem he might be partially right but he aint completely wrong too also dude thanks for standing against :) misunderstandings

    @@kadlifal I agree, that's why I verify such strong advices (like changing ur salt) from established doctors and health professionals and then add them to daily practice. My grandfather had high bp, he was advised tata green salt, and since then his levels are normal, earlier we were eating sendha namak only

    I’m feeling so proud to tell you that I’m not using any of the products you mentioned to throw away😇😇. All because of you @fituber. I make pickles at home every year using cold pressed oils and sendha namak. I Stopped buying store bought pickles😄. My family is against my practices and says I’m being ridiculous but i don’t care at all😅😅

    As usual, your videos are full of knowledge and health consciousness. Please do research on FILTER COFFEE [made from roasted coffee beans], which we prepare in our kitchen using coffee filter. We use decoction of this coffee powder, which is available, not so readily, online or from very few Indian Coffee Board outlets. Thanks.

    Awesome highly informative. Although I have switched salt to rock salt only years back and pickles I don't need to buy as I get it from my mother or in-laws. Vinegar is something my family is not very fond of. Only that Mozzarella cheese is that we buy and will definitely replace it with homemade cheese. I still remember during childhood we used to get black salt easily in a local grocery shop but nowadays it has become valuable comodity

    Tata rock salt is the best , I've been using it since 3 years now. Its around Rs 120/- to 110/- per kg but totally worth it.

Many Chemicals are even used in refining them which will ofcourse damage the soil quality and air resulting air pollution if even ignored the immense damage it will cause to the human body. We think deeper than you know.

    Bro, the switch seems expensive but nonetheless some things can be incorporated. The local pickles sourced from home based makers, Mangalore/Kerala stores are also good nad in budget. I guess tata pink salt is available in stores, if not pink salt in general is available. Vinegar is one time purchase as we don't use it that often N cheese is something is more of keeping ourselves away from processed food to much extent. Thanks!

    Does sendha namak really has iodine ? I remember once we started using sendha namak, and we are vegetarian but our blood report suggested we are deficient of iodine...I guess only regular white salt is fortified with iodine.. Still I am not sure

    Hey man, great video but request you to remove Natureland Organics Chilli Pickle from suggestion, as it has way too much sodium. Just 1 serving has staggering 960 mg sodium, which is 40% of daily recommended intake. This is more than Maggi also. Thanks🙏😄

    But indian day to day cuisines also includes several other condiments with salt and mostly indians do custom home made masalas rather than readymade from market which might counter or nullify harmful effects of anti caking agents , remaining bleach or it's reaction products and additives etc , so whats the final output ? ( As per my knowledge Curd is hotter and not cooler for body it's homemade buttermilk which is cooler for body ) .

    That cottonseed oil is prepared by cotton seeds left after processing the GMO BT cotton, after it has been used to create cotton fabric. It's a byproduct of textile industry and is used in all mixtures (check ingredients, even for many haldiram products) and other packaged food products.

    Thanks for the vital tip abt using rock salt. Over to specifics. Pls suggest 3 brands that make the grade. Even small provision stores stock 'branded' salt (powder/rock). So difficult to locate simply packaged common rock salt nowadays.

    Rock Salt doesn't have added iodine. Iodine is essential to fight goitre . Table salt is necessary.

    @@designdotd simply use commercial table salt. Rock Salt can be used occasionally. Don't believe everything these youtubers say. Govt mandated iodine be added to salt to combat the problem of goitre which was a thing back then.
