If you have 1 cups of oat and 2 eggs, make this 5 minutes recipe for breakfast
Ingredients and recipe:
Add 1cup quick oats to a bowl
Add in 1 cup milk too
Soak 5 minutes
After 5 minutes
Crack 2 eggs in a bowl
Mix well
Salt and black pepper
Pour in 1tbsp olive oil
Mix well
Add in 30g mozzarella cheese
Add a pinch of crushed red pepper
A pinch of parsley
Mix well
Pour some vegetable oil in a pan
Pour the oat mixture in a pan
Sprinkle some black sesame seeds on top
Cook for 3-5 minutes on medium-low heat
After 3-5 minutes
Flip over and fry for another 2-3 minutes
Done!

I made this today and added spinach. It's delicious!
I mostly eat oats or eggs every morning so I've been wondering if I can just mix the two as that would be ideal. No need for all the extra stuff, just eggs and oats for me, happy days. Thank you
Made this twice now and can't believe how good it was, I don't eat cheese so opted for nutritional yeast for flavour, end product looked like a quiche. I love Oats but wanted to utilise them in different ways since I've started baking with blended Oats to make a flour. Halfed the recipe as I only have a smaller tefal pan and still came out amazing. I also added green onion and garlic 👌

I fried this until crispy then topped it with plain yogurt, chopped strawberries, pineapple and a little drizzle of honey. Dlicious, healthy and my new favorite breakfast!

I love love love this recipe..good for a savoury breakfast. The indian in me told to add a lil bit of chat masala and maggi masala too to enhance the flavour...and the result was amazing!! It's crispy, its cheesy and it's sooo damn omletty. Thank you thank you thankyou

I would add more cheese after the flip (and I'd use Jalapeño Jack). I might even have some picante sauce with it upon serving. Interesting recipe.

I'm 70 years old and it never occurred to me to flip the pan onto the lid! Not sure if I'll try this. I'm by myself so it's too much food but I can make this using half the ingredients.

Cook it as it is and have the rest later or next day. Try flipping with a plate or good spatula.

I did not wait long enough to flip it 😅 I suspect my stove doesn’t get as hot. Still tastes delicious though and I’ll definitely try again

That looked like a lot of crushed red pepper. I have a recipe with quick oats and peanut butter (and other stuff) to make no-bake cookies. It basically makes peanut butter fudge full of oats.
