Great reminder that our fitness journey is a marathon and not a sprint. Our journey is ours alone, so don't compare yourself to anyone else .. Keep moving!😊

I love this approach. I have health issues and past injuries. I always overdo it and then end up in severe pain or back in the hospital with asthma exacerbations. Ty for what you do!

You are so right Keoni. I used to push myself all the time which always ended up with an overuse injury. It's good to push just a little bit but not every work out. I've learned to modify and alternate my upper and lower workouts without overdoing it and I still get results. Words of wisdom for everyone no matter what level of fitness! Thanks Keoni!

yes, agreed... I'm one to push myself too. At times ending up with an over use injury, then that sets me back, frustrated , then I start back gingerly.....

Thank you for the encouraging words. I have realized that as long as I do some kind of movement like walking, a workout here and there is the right method for me. Have a great week Keoni, I'm forever grateful for your workouts. 🤩

I love this mindset. We all function in cycles (not only women) and it's completely natural to feel more tired or more energetic at times. Also, I always think - even if I hit the gym only once a week... it will still be more then 50 times a year.

Bonne continuation.

I have a bad habit of overdoing occasionally it as well, which usually ends with an injury. Although I normally exercise daily at a moderate intensity, I am now taking one day off, but if the weather is nice I will enjoy a leisurely stroll in the evening. Thank you for everything you do and all the fun videos, they make keeping fit pleasurable instead of something to dread. 🥰

👏🏽Well Said, Keoni! I never thought of my fitness goals in the past as a ‘journey’, and I had love-hate relationship with them. But going forward now, that is accurate & I’m fully embracing & loving this journey. Thanks for your inspiration! 🏃🏽‍♀️‍➡️❤

Nicely put Keoni and thanks for the reminder that we can all be a little hard on ourselves or push ourselves too much thinking we are not doing enough compared to others!! We need to find the right balance and consistency for our own individual needs and fitness levels to make working out an achievable yet enjoyable experience that we wish to continue to become the healthiest version of ourselves that we can be 💪🥰 xx
