My mother is 90 years old, and she always says, don't focus on the bad things, focus on how things can change for the better, and never allow anything to stay in your thoughts that is bad, no matter what it is. Always know, that everything must change for the best. I follow her and I have never experienced any high blood pressure, stress, or anything that will weigh down my brain and emotions. Seeing my Mom, she is always smiling, enjoying life, and not allowing anything negative to flow within her mind, (even if she is going through something? my mom does not let it affect her.) and I am going to follow her ways and enjoy life to its fullest

And it's passed down in our blood from generation to generation from our ancestors. Very deep...water carries memory and our bodies are made of this... it's in our blood! So also when we have sex (which is very sacred) we take on all that person's trauma if we are passing bodily fluids. 12 or 13 generations of it. Pretty sad we have been born into a system that pushed this act as if it's not sacred at all. So we have to unlearn the lies and be open minded and keep an open heart in order keep learning the truth! Namaste friends we are all connected but attached to nothing!

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. Putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for. Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. "You're not going to remember those expensive shoes you bought ten years ago, but you will remember every single morning when you look at your bank account that extra 0 in there. 58:00 for those who have suffered from anxiety!! What has worked for me for the past 4 days is to consciously blank your mind for as long as you can, stop thinking and let your mind go blank as you go throughout your day, stop thinking about your body parts and breathing and fears. Whatever OCD ticks you do because it’s a hamster wheel, actively focus on staying calm by not thinking. Just flow throughout your day. You’ll get the hang of it once you realize you forget about your disorder throughout your day. As soon as you remember about anxiety, immediately go straight to having an absent mind. Don’t think at all. Calm yourself meditate. If you inner dialog a lot then silence it. Only talk to yourself to problem solve. Your brain is over active and that’s why you spiral.

:3 :3 Damn. Yeah, bullying is quite prevalent, especially online. The so-called “school” system promotes it consciously, and subconsciously in so many ways. Dr. Gabor Maté, a fellow Jewish brother, is like the king of trauma beyond PTSD, and Dr. Joe Dispenza is great, too. I do ethical hacking, but it sure makes me happy how people do get hacked that really bullied many people. The anonymous attackers on the anonymous attackers are great, unfortunately, but it's their own medicine. Excessive stress causes cancer, and non-vegan diets are highly cancerous, cause diabetes (animal saturated fat), clog arteries, etc. I'm very grateful most bullies are non-vegans, and obese, maybe even morbidly obese. The pain they hold will destroy them more and more. The viruses are destroying themselves, and over 50% of our bodies are viruses. lol.

:3 Damn. The viruses are destroying themselves, and over 50% of our bodies are viruses. lol.

In that mix is all the negative self-talk that's evolved over the years. Cut out news and politics and people who are addicted to and regurgitate them, and you'll notice an improvement as well. You are what you consume, linguistically as well... good luck.

Childhood trauma is the cause of the majority of peoples misery today. We ALL need to look at it, process it and move through it. Gabor Mate is a brilliant writer about this. For me I needed to really understand narcissism to move through to where I am now. Once I realised my parents were narcissists and so is my ex, EVERYTHING made sense. Like Jo said, you need to UN learn first and, knowledge and understanding allowed me to re programme myself. And insight into how MY beliefs and behaviours contribute to me being a narc magnet helped me the most - to no longer attract narcs.

Over the years I have studied him and people like Ernest Holmes, many Spiritual Teachers and people such as yourselves. Everyone should watch this complete video, more than once, even if they do just 15 minutes a day. And then practice just one thing that rings true to them, they will help and start the road to true evolution. I am a completely different person than I was, and the practice of this knowledge makes me I better able to navigate the times in my life when hate and resentment, jealously and ill feelings are spewed in my direction. No, it is not easy and Yes, it takes time and there will be times when we take a step or two back, and have to get back up on the horse of riding into Love and Awareness, yet it is possible and it does improve ones health and ability to better live happy lives. What a fantastic interview with Joe! I see some comments like “how does anyone have time to sit through 2 hours?” The answer for me is to break things into small pieces. I’ve listened to this most mornings this week and while cooking dinner. So this is the 4th time I’ve opened YT to continue listening. I listen to around 30 minutes each time. I prefer not multitasking to be honest, and am really into mindfulness monotasking after all these years but because I don’t need to watch the screen I have a compromise with listening to this and I also know it’s the kind of media that will be exciting but not agitating to listen to. I have built up many routines and rituals over the years by doing things in piecemeal more instead of getting all overwhelmed. Short and sweet and steady can also do the trick!! 💗

The stronger the emotion, the more altered we feel, and the more we pay attention to our trauma, we become and experience the trauma as if it is happening currently, then mentally and physically we are chemically altered by the mere recall of the event and traumatic experience... it's time for us to acknowledge that we choose to relive these known experiences and allow our body to be disregulated by the stress. Take control of our minds. It can only think what we allow it to, and then replace those stressful thoughts with acknowledging our present state, preferably with gratitude. If you want to have better thoughts, train your mind to think what you want it to think, not what we are comfortable allowing it to think... you can do this... it's going to be uncomfortable at first because it's foreign to you... you're safe, smile, breathe, and overcome these negative thoughts... that's where the new you is waiting to be found and free'd... you got this... peacefilled and consistent small changes make for huge results!

I have been practising the Mindfulness of Breathing technique kzread.infoUgkxIIDVgnLN8pF_fPOyoZ1nTjbLvvZcib6r as taught in this CD for about 2 years having read about it in Paramananda's Change Your Mind book and taken a real liking to it. However at times I struggle to remain focused on the breathing and thought that at such times this guided version might suit me. So after two years I finally decided to buy it! The first 7'24 of Track 1 of the CD is a body relaxtion which I do not use: I don't like body relaxation techniques and I find 27' just a little too long for meditation. The remaining 20' of gentle, guided meditation helps me tremendously to relax and stay focused. I find him's voice very soothing and whilst he is present to guide you through the 4 stages of the meditation, his presence is not intrusive or distracting. For the past two years I have tried to follow this technique as best I can with gentle meditation music despite music not being recommended. Having used this CD a couple of times I think I will try from now on to adopt a new routine of no music and just this CD as I find it so helpful. I realise now that the music really is distracting and I have enjoyed listening to the ambient sounds around me which I am normally unaware of. I can not comment on the other 2 tracks of Metta or Walking Meditation as I bought the CD solely to help me with the Mindfulness of Breathing and it does just that - very effectively. In my opinion this CD is money very well spent as it will guide you through a thoroughly useful and beneficial meditation technique and I don't think you can put a price on that.

Remember gratitude, I am so thankful for your channel and Dr Joe. As a Hospice RN for years, we need more of the natural and down to earth approach. Our brains are SO AMAZING.... Can you imagine solving pain relief, all of our disorders or the depression that so many of our patients suffers from.

@Stoner we don't know enough about this person to make any judgments. We can also imply something positive and help others to make priorities. We can advise this person and help. For example, you don't have to sit down and watch the video. I listen while at the same time I clean the house and exercise for example. Or I do something creative like my model building or even diamond painting. I treat those long videos as if it was the radio. And yes, there are more podcasts coming out each day than that there are hours in a day. It is understandable that people feel overwhelmed. When you're really listening to Dispenza then we know the impact of sarcastic comments like assuming videogames and the fact that you were triggered and it is a small clue to what still needs to be healed within yourself. Wishing everyone a wonderful new day. Another opportunity at life.

I asked my husband to join me, but his heart was not open to change. He isnt with us today because he passed in 2015. Relaxation and proper restful sleep is so important. I just love going within and beyond to other dimensions. Love and blessings to all who take the first step and follow through on the journey of ultimate health, balance, harmony and love. I am a transformed woman of light and love. Thanks to all who helped me grow and expand my consciousness. You are the light and love of the world. Blessings, Helen.

It amazes me me that so many people are trying to become "happy" whatever that means. Life is full of struggle, pain, dificulties, set backs, death and ilness. Most of our lifes are usually something between pain and boredom or we just drift where life sent us to. There are ofcourse our happy moments here and there. I think the goal is to reduce excessive and unnecessary pain that is all we have the power to do and it might be in hands to that when bad luck or bad choices hit us hard.

Thank God and my lucky stars for over 44 years I have been reengineering my brain. I’ll leave it at that, other than to say the books you read and the people you associate with will 100% determine the course of one’s life. Be very intentional about what you think do say. Years ago my great friend who ended up at one point being my best man on our wedding to my bride and live a very long and successful life said to me …”KEVIN, you can’t control the past, you can’t control the truth, you can’t control others…you got the whole day off. I had a synchronicity right at 51:07 I went in my mind and imagined myself knowing a technique to increase self awareness throughout the day and came up with this idea. During moments of cut scenes throughout your day which would be moments where you don’t need much energy output you can program those moments to imagine your future. This will keep you self aware and living in the future.

"95% of who we are is a set of memorized behaviors, programs, automatic emotional responses, unconscious habits hardwired, attitudes, beliefs and perceptions that are running pretty much like a computer program, running automatic. You can think positively all you want, saying I am healthy, I am wealthy, I am wealthy, I am free, I am free, I am worthy, worthy and your body is saying - no you are not, you are miserable. There's got to be an "unlearning process" and we have to stay conscious of our unconscious thoughts that slip by our awareness. How you think, how you act, how you feel, is your personality. If you are thinking the same way, acting the same way and feeling the same way, then nothing is going to change in your life. How many times do we have to forget, to start remembering" ... so many gems. Thank you Dr. Joe Dispenza & Dr. Rangan Chatterjee
