It's time for another 5000 step workout! Walk a fast and sweaty two mile walk with my rescued cats. Want a healthy heart...WALK, want a healthy brain...WALK, want a healthy body...WALK! Workout from Belly, Buns, and Thighs.
I've added some new songs along with some old favorites in this workout. This is also fast-paced so you could make it easier by doing smaller movements or keep it challenging by increasing your range of motion. So just move to the beat, enjoy the music, and let's get walking!

    Congratulations! I lost 8kg in 4 months with intermittent fasting/OMAD, strength training, and of course with Keoni's fun steps :) Here's hoping we can maintain it and lose some more for better health especially in these times. Cheers!

    I’m 76 and usually do the 1500/1800 steps. As I walk the dogs too. But I try to do 20k steps each day and was a bit short today. I have just received my new badge from fit bit telling me I have walked the Great Wall of China 5500 miles. Taken a long time though. 😅😅

    For the last week or so I've been so unmotivated to exercise and have been doing MAYBE one of the short 10-15 minute routines once a day. Yesterday I decided I needed to get back on track with my health and started with drinking 1 cup of water every hour, from 8am -8 pm. Today I had TONS of energy and just jumped right into this one and was even hopping around all over. I'm sweaty and physically pooped, but it was so fun! All this to say: WATER KIDS. KEEP HYDRATED! And also exercise. PS, I really loved that I could sing along with a lot of these songs. It also helped me keep going. Knowing the songs you're exercising too makes exercising way more fun. 🙂
