配料:
猪皮 500克
水 没过猪皮
调味料 适量
工具:
电压力锅
烤箱
空气炸锅
步骤:
猪皮用电压力锅压40分钟
清理猪皮上的脂肪,切成小块
铺到烤盘上烤箱热风90摄氏度烤16小时(根据自己的机器调整,没有烤箱可室温风干几天直到猪皮彻底变硬)
空气炸锅200摄氏度烤5分钟(用烤箱也可以,用锅油炸也可以)
撒点调料可以开吃,或者留做它用

Electric pressure cooker

Air fryer
Instructions:
Cook the pork skin in an electric pressure cooker for 40 minutes.
Remove any excess fat from the pork skin and cut it into small pieces.
Lay the pork skin pieces on a baking tray and bake in the oven with hot air at 90 degrees Celsius for 16 hours (adjust the time and temperature based on your own machine; if you don't have an oven, you can air-dry the pork skin at room temperature for a few days until it becomes completely hard).
Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius and air-fry the dried pork skin for 5 minutes (alternatively, you can use the oven or deep-fry it in oil).
Sprinkle some seasonings on the crispy pork skin and it's ready to be enjoyed as a delicious snack or used as an ingredient in other dishes.
