I have demonstrated how to make a crispy pork belly at home. Today I will show you a new method to make it with a air-fryer. No doubt, it is much easier than the old method. Let’s watch the video!
【氣炸鍋】脆皮燒肉 [AirFryer] Crispy Roasted Pork
材料Ingredients:
五花肉 1公斤 Pork Belly 1kg
米酒 1湯匙 Chinese wine 1tbsp
白醋 適量 Vinegar suitable amount
鹽 半茶匙 Salt 1/2tsp
油 適量 Cooking oil suitable amount
醃料Marinade:
五香粉 2茶匙 Chinese five spices powder 2tsp
白胡椒粉 1茶匙 White pepper powder 1tsp
鹽 1茶匙 Salt 1tsp
白糖 1茶匙 Sugar 1tsp
#脆皮燒肉 #不上針不鋪鹽 #香港燒味

除了自家烤箱脾氣拿捏還不到位 顏值還不能滿分 脆度已經是一級棒! 還超簡單!! 豬皮不必汆燙不必扎針耶 感恩這食譜

肥安老师你好,我来自马来西亚 跟着你的方法做 我 成 功 了!! 皮很脆,肉里面很多汁,完全不会干柴 90°C先是炸45分钟,因为不确定猪皮干不干,又多炸15分钟 200°C我放30分钟然后拿掉锡纸再炸10分钟让肉的表面稍微干身 好吃到停不下来啊~谢谢你的食谱👍

Thank you for your recipe 😊 first try success 🙏 I used Tefal's most basic airfryer model EY20, the outcome a bit bit dry, probably cuz I didn't rest the meat enough 😅

Congratulations! You may adjust the cooking time if it’s too dry. Because the output of different brands maybe different. Keep try and make a perfect one 💪🏼

我本身屋企只是有微波爐而沒有焗爐,可否同微波爐一樣可以做到叮熱食物?
我今日試做,真係一次成功。不需松針,完全也脆口。

我试了一下,200度的时间是20分钟, 肉偏少,味道不错,但是肉皮有点太硬了。 是不是要减少时间到15分钟?或者是温度降低一点?
如果無米酒,用肇慶酒可唔可以?🙏🏽🙏🏽
