表弟今天教你簡單煮『脆皮燒肉』
材料:
五花肉 1公斤
醃製:
白醋 1大匙
蘇打粉 1茶匙
淮鹽調味料:
雞精分 1茶匙半
鹽 1茶匙半
糖 1茶匙半
五香粉 1茶匙
胡椒粉 1茶匙
Ingredients:
1kg pork belly
Marinated:
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp of baking soda
Seasoning:
1 and a half tsp of Chicken powder
1 and a half tsp salt
1 and a half tsp sugar
1 tsp five-spice powder
1 tsp of pepper

    Wow I looked at other channels, they always dried the meat for 24-36 hours. This one is direct roast, and no water boiling in the process. Will try soon. By the way , chef, for the second roast (70 minutes) did you set the oven at normal bake (heat from upper and below) or broil (heat only from upper)? Thank you.

    Thank you for sharing. Chef, may I know is it 270°C? If 220°C for 70 mins, will the meat and skin be too hard ?

    i dont think 220 at 70 min is right. at most 30~45min is enough.
