This is my first time seeing this method of making roasted pork in a frying pan and I love it. The result looks just as delicious, moist and crispy, the baking powder really did its job here. The ASMR on how crispy it is made my stomach growled haha. Your chopping is much better than mine, it looks very restaurant quality. I love seeing the results each time you opened the lid. This is a great short cut since there is no waiting time required and it's so easy to make. I will definitely give this a try soon, Mr. Yummy It! loves roast pork. I'll bet the little bears loved this one. Excellent tutorial video, very easy to understand, all the ingredients are readily available. This one deserves to go viral, hope to see it happen. 🤗👍64
