表弟今天教你簡單煮『梅菜扣肉』
材料:
花肉800克
甜梅菜300克切碎(浸泡3小时)
葱头仔5个切碎
蒜末1汤匙
梅菜调味料:
黑酱油1汤匙
酱油1汤匙
糖1汤匙半
鸡精粉1茶匙
胡椒粉1/4茶匙
料酒2汤匙
水400毫升
马铃薯粉1汤匙勾芡
扣肉调味料:
黑酱油1/2汤匙
料酒1汤匙
酱油1/2汤匙
蚝油1汤匙
麻油半汤匙
Ingredients:
800 grams of pork belly
300 grams of sweet Mei Cai chopped (soaked for 3 hours)
5 shallots chopped
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
Mei Cai Seasoning:
1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1.5 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon of chicken powder
1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder
2 tablespoons of cooking wine
400 ml of water
1 tablespoon of potato flour to thicken
Pork seasoning:
1/2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon of cooking wine
1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
