Today we are doing 3 rounds of Breath of Fire with 30 second breath holds. There are many ways to increase natural energy and this guided breathwork is one of those ways. Breath of fire is best done in the morning on an empty stomach.

When practiced regularly, Breath Of Fire can strengthen the muscular body, remove toxins and improve focus. You might feel your body warm up (hence the name) but that’s normal. Even better if you live in a cold place :)
Regular practice of breathwork can bring real change to your life Including boosted immune system, lowered stress and inflammation, better focus, more energy and the list goes on. My guiding voice mixed with the rhythmic music really helps to go deeper into a state of relaxation and bliss. So if you want the full experience, wear headphones and be in a quiet comfortable place !
All music, guided voice and video editing is done by me. I thoroughly enjoy creating this content for you all and hope that is can bring improvement into your life. Whether that be more self love, kindness, less stress and anxiety, lowered inflammation, more energy etc whatever it brings, remember to say thank you to yourself for taking the time do improve your life.

Great, also to see the difference between the 2 of you in the way you perform this breathing exercise. You go quicker and hold your body more still. Your friend does it more like I do it, I mean, I try to do it like you, but tend to loose the rithm if I try to go that quick. And your friend uses his belly, while you use your diaphragm too....I'm still trying to. But I get it from your video that both ways are okay💖

@@BreatheWithSandy So I haven’t seen all your videos yet, but I notice in this, and other videos of yours, there is a lot going on with abdominal muscles and belly, outside of just the basic “breath down into your belly” tips etc. I’m wanting to take my breath work to the next level, perhaps, if you haven’t already, you could do a video going into the specifics of the abdominal workout and shape and quality of the belly, lungs, muscles during these exercises. Love the channel and music Sandy, just an idea, keep up the great work! Oh, do you have any certifications? I’m looking into a bunch, just wondering if you found one you like. Thanks again

In terms of getting certified, I’m sure you’ve seen that there are tons. And it’s up to you to if you want to go through training online or in person. But I’d recommend finding a teacher you connect with, it’s important. I found mine in Mexico 🙏🏼 Much love Hagen. Stoked that you’re interested in the power of the breath !

Hi Sandy! Wondering if at the end of each round when we do the big inhale to hold, is that inhale also through the nose as well? Asking because it sounds like you are taking that big inhale before hold, through the mouth. Also wondering if that is you narrating in the videos, as well as you demonstrating in the videos? Or is it two different people? 🤔
