@@archangelarielle262 Get glasses. Alexandra Byrne doesn't make "cheap" or "god awful" looking anything. It looks amazing - the colors, cut of the trunks, the cape. It only further increased my excitement for the film.

She definitely gives me the vibes of a Batman villain, especially after seeing her in the new Mission Impossible, and so I think a role like Talia Al Ghul or Poison Ivy would be great for her

For Pom Klementieff I like Killer Frost or Shiva if she is in the DCU (new) Batman.

That’s fair. I need to see some results first before I get overly invested. Too many times DC let me down. At least with Marvel I know Deadpool, Spider-Man, Avengers, etc will be decent.

She’s be great as Talia, Lady Shiva, or an older Cassandra Cain.

John I think you just wrote the story for WW DCU. Artemis and Diana are getting ready for that contest, and at the end Artemis wins. Then WW2 and WW3 will be about Diana getting her title back. Great job! Can’t wait until we see that movie!

Given the relationship Gunn has with the Guardins Cast, I wouldnt be very surprised if one of them pops up in a future DCU project as a full cast member, supporting character, or even a fun cameo! He's done it before, he'll do it again! It'll be fun to see Pom outside of her Mantis makeup though, and in a different role, regardless!

I liked Pom as Mantins in the MCU. She was often adorable 😄 I want her in the DCU too.

Talia Al Ghul is perfect for her, especially given the relevance Talia has in The Brave and the Bold.

I personally support Pom's choice to join the DCU! She is getting a lot of different movie roles and I think it be good for her career to play a variety of different characters. This is awesome news!!! Whomever she plays, I will proudly support her!

only suggestion that i could get behind is Talia, the rest is weak sauce. my suggestion is that alien green lantern that likes hal jordan. Arisia is her name. looks just like pom.

I really like the huntress, or zatanna idea.

My pick is her as Punchline not a very popular character but when has that ever stopped James Gunn.

I don't think Pom Klementieff is playing Selina Kyle/Catwoman, but it really has nothing to with her age and more to with that I think would cast a more established name as Selina Kyle. In regard to casting an actress who is older as Selina, at risk of sounding politically incorrect, I think you have to cast a younger actress as Selina. If Bruce and Selina are supposed to have child like they do in the comics, I think you have to cast a younger actress as Selina. Or at the very least cast an older actress to play someone younger.

Huntress was the only good part of Birds of Prey.

I can see her as Huntress or Mercy Graves. She doesn’t have the gravitas for the personalities of Tailia, Catwoman, or Cheetah.

Exactly. She's a good actress and could be good but studio heads want big names for characters like Catwoman,Talia, and Cheetah.

i agree with Artemis 100%. other options sound like theyre chosen by someone who doesn't know many characters. which i know isn't true cause john knows 100x more than i ever will. but i'd say way more so katana, red claw, cheshire, lady shiva, or she would be a PERFECT Miss Martian!
