I hope Chris Pratt lands a voice acting part, because he's been doing great voice acting lately. Like in Garfield where he played the role of "Chris Pratt", or Mario where he played the role of "Chris Pratt", or Lego where he played the role of "Chris Pratt". He's up there with Seth Rogen as one of the best voice actors of our generation. It's like they both graduated from the Michael Cera School of Diverse Acting Roles.

I don’t want to see C list DC characters yet. I want to see the relationship between Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and the other headliners of DC be established first. We haven’t truly had that yet even in the DCEU.

While I agree with your take, I feel it'd be better if they balance it so the B, C List and so on characters get to shine and become mainstays while the A Listers are at play and keeping people much interested in the universe. My point being that the MCU though not totally their fault as they didn't have rights to all their characters focused on establishing mostly just characters known well enough with a few unknowns here and there, and due to this once the big players were out after Endgame, they've been struggling to get audiences to care about the new relatively unknown characters. If these characters had been around earlier and even interacted with the big players before their death, they'd definitely have been interesting characters and attracted audiences to follow their journeys by watching the shows and movies which unfortunately haven't been that good to even help get audiences to give these characters a chance. So yeah, I say Gunn balances it out and I'm happy with what he's done so far and the characters I hear are being introduced like for instance in Peacemaker season 2

I disagree. I’d love to see Booster and Blue Beetle together. But we deserve to see The Flash with Green Lantern together first. I’d to see Plastic Man but we deserve to see Martian Manhunter first. I wasn’t just talking about the big 3.

I can actually see him being Hal Jordan, it's not too far from his style, but a more comedic character would be better, but maybe that's exactly what he wants, something similar but different than Star lord. Booster Gold is totally possible, but there are other one that could fit.

I can definitely see Chris Pratt Playing a really good Barry Allen/The Flash that's like three or so years into his career of protecting Central City.

I love the thought of a more mature Barry Allen. For me Ezra Miller's version never felt like Barry Allen. It was more like Wally West or Bart Allen. I'd love an older Barry, and they can always introduce Wally West, to take over the mantle

If your sports ball team of choice has a choice between a great player that has done a great job before, or a new player that "might" do a great job, I know who I want my team to go with 🤷‍♀️

I get that James Gunn has made a lot of success off of doing movies with B, C, and even D list characters, but I don't think its a good idea to be focusing too much on that kinda stuff to build up the DCU. He's already got a few projects coming out that's doing that and I have mixed feelings on that. DC needs to start STRONG and they need to be doing that by setting up the main characters first. I don't wanna see a Kiteman before I see the main members of the JL or even characters from the Teen Titans. The DC movies have been trash for a long time now. Starting the first phase of the DCU off with anything less than a BANG is bad news. The Superman stuff is already looking a lil mediocre now after that suit reveal.

Facts. It's basically the DCU "D-list Cinematic Universe". Can't start a shared universe with Creature Commandos. And then he's continuing all the characters that flopped at the box office. I feel like he was mandated by Zalsav to do a Superman movie to be honest because he's expressed several times he's more drawn to the lesser known obscure characters .

Peacemaker is ok, but outside of that, I'm not interested in anything else like that just yet. Some of them are gonna be animated movies so that lessens the blow a lil bit. Funny enough, though. I actually do think Gunn is a fan of supes. Most are tbh. He listed the christopher reeves movies as some of his favorite comicbook movies and he did that one movie brightburn which was just superman if he was evil as a kid. But Gunn does have a particular...style and taste that I'm hoping doesn't mess superman up. I don't think it will but it's been a couple choices about this superman movie that got me slightly concerned.

Chris Pratt as Kiteman with Karen Gillan as Poison Ivy would be a fun thing to watch, continuing the Starlord and Nebula thing in GotG3😂😂😂 And since Swamp Thing is happening, a movie about Poison Ivy with Kiteman in it would be fun too

I would imagine that much like he did with Starlord if Chris Pratt is in fact in the new DCU him and James Gunn would want him to play someone more obscure, because that’s kinda the ballpark that the 2 of them love to play in, I don’t really think he’d end up being like a core Justice League character, I could see Booster Gold or Plastic Man, Booster Gold because since the project with him was scrapped all those years ago I could see James Gunn maybe wanting to pick that up and introduce him into his universe, and both him and Plastic Man seem to fit his personality type well, Hal Jordan I think they’re gonna save for somebody else because again I feel like the core Justice League characters are all gonna be played by unknowns, Captain Cold I could see as a reoccurring villain in this universe, in fact I think that’d be pretty awesome to see him in this role, if I had to bet on one I would lean towards Plastic Man, mainly because I think there’s a higher chance of James Gunn wanting to pull a character out of a hat rather than dig up one that got shelved (Booster Gold)
