Greetings from Turkey to all Greece. Let the political issues be alone, Greek food culture is one of the best food cultures in the world. Hospitality of the people is so nice and you can clearly see the warmness of the Mediterranean region countries like Italy and Turkey in terms of both food and people. No need to play friends. Turkey hates Greece. The food is similar because turkeynation adopted it as its own. I dont mean to be mean to you, maybe you are a turk who realized that its all a lie. If you dont look asian, your family was forcefully converted to islam,to save your ancestors lives If you are ok with it,go on. Eitherway ,the good turk parody has expired. I wish you well and i wish that you would get out of that mentality of mistaken the local, from the integrated- assimilated , like its normal.

In Iran We Also Eat Cream Milk with Honey or Grape Syrup or other Syrups Mulberry Fig Palm ..... 5:39 We Have a Breakfast Called Halim and made from wheat and beef or lamb and cooked for a long time, usually cooked overnight until morning and eaten on cold winter mornings 😋 very similar to Greek Patsa 🇮🇷🇬🇷

Stani is a nice shop, but you forgot to try galaktoboureko, a cream pie with syrup and cinamon, for which this particular shop is famous. @@vaporizer08 it has fun everything you said. You tell Selanic the city's name which it comes from the greek and ancient Thessaloniki. Everyone can realise it. The Ottomans came to Balkans last of all. Overmore all the Minor Asia is full of greek names for example Ismirk from Smyrna, Manisa from Magnisia etc. They were all greek cities. Finally you have a lot of audacity.

@@vaporizer08 when you're in Eastern turkey it feels like you're in Greece. Bc it was Greece thousands of years before the ottomans stepped foot in the region. Smyrna instabul etc.. are all Greek.

Patsas is eaten a lot by nightgoers after some drinking because the soup especially the collagen creates a protective layer inside your stomach and helps you digest the alcohol

You really don't know how to eat meze properly but you are adorable! Keep up the good work and keep taking us to places with you!

I am surprised that you liked Patsas (4:52). This dish you either love or hate it. It's unusual to see tourists to eat it, because of it's very strong flavor and unusual taste. It's great after a long travel, being ill, or after a Greek nightclub (and eating Patsas in a restaurant, in the early morning before going back home). It has tons of proteins, collagen and healthy fats. Whenever I eat it, I put extra garlic vinegar, red&black pepper and chili into the soup. It tastes, for me at least, phenomenal. You should have put a bit more that into your Patsa to make it tastier.

Max your fish soup had fresh Cod inside. Not like the fillets that are preserved with lots of salt. That was the fish and on 25 of March every year we make the fillets like meat balls and accompany them with a kind of mashed potatoes with lots of garlic and white wine. My advice is to visit lots of villages in Greece especially in Peloponnese in Epirus like Zagorohoria (one of the best places in main Greece) and also around Volos which is another great hub of Greek cuisine. Only there you will taste authentic Greek cuisine at its finest.
