So I did this, results: Day1 - everything worked fine. Day2 - Dying because of cramps, but still did Day3 - Still have cramps but the workouts seemed to be easier than before. Day 4 - everything was fine, but lunges became quite difficult to do ToT Day 5 - everything going smoothly Day 6 - same as d5 Day 7 - same as d6 Conclusion: Doing this for two weeks will make changes

These exercises don't give you slimmer legs they build muscle in your legs which will help with fat and be bulky

@@snapjsca1545 doing cardio will help overall weight which includes the thighs. thigh fat is hard to get out but building muscles is different from fat. also sorry im trying to act like i know everything you should probably do your own research but this is what i know .

These exercises are good but if you want slim thighs u r gonna have to engage your glute muscles not your quad muscles, try doing some pulses and add more reps to simple exercises like leg lifts and donkey kicks 😀

In normal squats it target our thigh area and in sumo squats it target our inner thighs and hamstring area😀
