Mufaddal Bohra nahi aisa nahi hai gym apne abhi kiya start ya kuch time pehle.. bas itna samjho ki wait jitna tum.apni takat se uth sakte ho 12 rep 3 set means 12 x 3 utna weight uthao.. aur try karo ki shuru me both dumble ek sath uthao har set ke aur end end me jab ek sath na uthe tab one by one..bas itna yaad rakhna ki agar one bye one utha rahe ho toh dono arm.ka count same ho aur range of motion bhi..nahi toh ek hath bada aur ek hath chota hojayega..lol

yomit taide .. bhai aap mera matlab nhi samje yha rom ya weight ki toh baat he nhi ho rhy h mai bus ye bol rha hu ki beginners ke liye one by one shi rehta h ... kyoki left hand thoda weak rehta h than jab aap kuch time spend karlo than aap dono ek sath b kar loge ... agr start se he ek sath start kiya and dono hand same position m nhi jaa rhe toh workout ka koi matlab nhi h....
