Gernge Quick Tips - Redshift Displacement Tips | Cinema 4D Redshift

Фильм және анимация

This quick tip is a walkthrough of the Tessellation Tag settings in Redshift, which are most commonly used to generate the polygons necessary for Displacement to work. There are a handful of settings I prefer to change, so that interactivity performance is smoother, and those settings can easily be saved as the defaults.
Additionally, I cover my method to use the Cinema 4D Displacer Deformer which can help generate some of the necessary geometry in the viewport. This can be useful in certain situations, so I include how I like setting it up.
The Tessellation Tag settings should apply to Redshift in other DCCs as well.

I've been using Redshift for a year and a half now and in all that time moving around the scene with IPR on has only caused more. Thank you so much!
