Thankyou for the superb demonstration. I now aspire to better ankle circles, inversion/eversion. (Another hard-to-reach goal is to simply sit cross-legged, knees down, torso upright. You may laugh but I have never been able to do this…)

How are you going with sitting cross legged? You could try having a session with a yoga therapist or googling external rotation of hip moves. But I feel like this range of motion sequence will loosen up your hips nicely too 🧘🏼♀️ Good luck! 🙏🏽
