I have autism and a elbow with only 50% function. Differntly abled is such a crap word, just call it as it is. Its disabled bc you cant do things abled people are able to do. Words were made with a meaning not to sugarcoat someones problem or ego!

The follow-up video to this really deserves attention. LTG didn't just react poorly to what Joon said with the copyright, his behavior is criminal.

That whole argument between him and that Jesse kid was like something out of a movie. He’s so full of himself to make poses and say “You know me as… Low. Tier. GOD!” 😂

Not sure if he has learned from like a year or so ago, but he may try striking this if he hasn't had some character development. The second part shows the extent of how he wants to remove Joons video. But forever fuck LTG; he laughed at an army vet who took their own life. Later he claimed that he was watching Tom and Jerry and laughing at that instead.

This was mid-to-late 2020. Someone showed him the Ronnie McNutt video and he laughed. It was kinda weird, I think it might have been out of shock, but he's since apologized for it. The dude who spearheaded this whole issue was being extremely uncharitable and is very possibly socially inept. He used the instance to make 30+ videos talking about "his beef with LTG" because it got him a lot of views on his otherwise dead channel. He's an actual clown that has never mentioned the real issue of veteran suicide outside of LTG. It's evident he decided to combine the fact that LTG is hated online with the veteran's suicide to choreograph some very cringe-inducing beef to benefit himself.

Whether you like or dislike LTG wholly depends on your ability to process his humor. I really like the dude. He's kind of a lunatic, kinda old school, but he's genuinely a good person deep down. He has a lot going for him and he'll grow on you if you let him speak for himself.

Second, he's also spoken about his own experiences with his own suicidal thoughts, so why do you expect him to be this staunch arbiter for the topic? Why can't he have mixed feelings about it? He's in a strange social situation where people tell him to off himself daily, but people also open up to him about their own hopelessness. Why does he need to have the perfect answer?

@@NuttBustleyNo, dehumanize is right on the money, calling people Monkeys and Spades is very dramatic for losing in fighting games, the only reasons those slurs exist is to ridicule the person you are saying it to, that is literally their only purpose. If he accepts money for doing it, he has no business whining when people do it, he's creating and supplying his own problem. You don't have "mixed" feelings on suicide, if you've ever been to that deep dark place you would never under any circumstance wish that on anyone else, let alone flat out tell people to kill themselves. I don't think someone who has had suicidal thoughts would proceed to: get told about a suicide vid, goes out of his way to look it up(on stream no less), knowing he's about to see someone kill themselves, then laughs when he sees that person kill themselves. THEN proceeds to watch it on loop. There is nothing mixed about that situation, he knew exactly what he was doing. And most people don't even believe him about being suicidal, it wouldn't be the first thing Dale has lied about. And even if he was? He has not deserved any sympathy due to the way he behaves, both about suicide and his personality in general. And according to Dale he doesn't have suicidal thoughts anymore and hasn't for a long time, so that whole "mixed" card you wanna keep using doesn't really work. Again, he is a grown ass man. If he has issues, he should seek help, but wait, he also doesn't believe seeking mental help from people like therapists actually is worth anything, yet he's the guy people go to for help? Does that make sense to you?

@@Nerwrax15 I do wanna say, if you or someone close to you has ever felt suicidal or anything like that, I'm glad you've pulled through and are speaking passionately about it these days. It's really a unique battle to fight because everyone can just easily say "suicide is never the answer" but then no one seems to actually have "the answer." I don't mean to be cringe, I just don't wanna risk invalidating your experience with suicide. That being said, all of this is just moral grandstanding, man. You keep using words like "should" and "deserve" like he needs to subscribe to the same worldview you do. Yes, the reaction to the video was edgy and weird, but to sit here and act like he would actively coach someone vulnerable to do that to themselves is a reach, and you're saying everything just short of that. He has apologized for his reaction. An unfortunate reality is that videos like that have a clear demand on the internet. People consume them because it entertains them in a morbid way. You can literally grandstand about anyone's reaction to any dark topic and you'll make headway because the dark topic itself is uncomfortable. I have suicidal thoughts. A lot of people do. I also watch content like that. a lot of people do. For you to sit here and police how exactly people react to this content is unproductive. I also don't think it's productive to use suicide to emotionally charge your decree against LTG while you deny him all ability to have any feelings that would paint him in a good light. Your consistent implication that he deserves the magnitude of hate he gets because you refuse to afford him any sense of understanding is ACTUALLY dehumanizing. Truth is he gets the exact same treatment you're trying to reprimand him for on a daily basis, but he chooses not to make a spectacle of being a victim, because that's what his trolls want to see. The "'mixed' card" I used is an effort to convince you that he's not this cartoon villain you're making him out to be. When you call out hypocrisy, you suggest that you adhere to principle for principle's sake. That's what's annoying about this whole thing; I've heard so much about how the dude who committed suicide was a veteran, but I've not heard ONE statistic about veteran suicide. Not even about how we're twice as likely to commit suicide than non-veterans. It seems to only be worth mentioning when LTG has a weird reaction to a gore video; that's the start and end of everyone getting performative. To your last point, therapists are not the end-all-be-all for life advice, and a lot of people do reach out to streamers for personal advice. Whether or not that makes sense to us is irrelevant. He's helped a handful of people to muster up the courage to start up their own KZread channels, he's given diet and workout plans to people who want to look better. Despite constantly getting literal racist hate and death threats, he not only doesn't make a performance out of it, but he keeps himself open for anyone to reach out to him for help where he can. That makes him a good person in my book. I won't lie, it's been interesting talking to you. I'm pretty desensitized to moral grandstanding, so I really can't see anything substantive in your comment. If you wanna get mad at him for using "dehumanizing slurs" but then proceed to refute any effort to humanize him in this uniquely messed up situation he's in, then I can't convince you of anything either. I do want to repeat that I appreciate your passion for this kind of thing, though.
