Yeah I don’t mind at all her calling out some bad creators like Fresh & Fit. Still even when she calls them out it’s more focused on making fun of them. Not a real in depth explanation. I will say the whole argument about "pick better guys" is difficult because there are a lot of guys and girls that are very good at manipulating and gaslighting to the point that you don't know who they are until you are in too deep. I got out of an abusive relationship and since then I have been WAY too scared to date anyone because I am so damaged. I don't even know what to look out for anymore. and to me everything is a red flag now because I also have ptsd and bpd which makes things even worse when it comes to seeing the red flags. My ex was charismatic and outwardly kind and generous. NO ONE would have suspected him to be a horrible human.

On the same line of thought, being too vulnerable will give a better example of how people can take advantage of your feelings and emotions. They’ll know how to push your buttons much more easily. While humans are adaptable, the vast majority of people are more likely creatures of habit rather than ever growing or changing individuals. I don’t think people tend to change after having a vulnerable episode and vent or lash out in order to destress, they tend to do the same thing repetitively. Now I’m sure you’re one that can learn from those experiences, which is great. But there’s gotta be an extent for people to go with rather than just thinking that being outright vulnerable is more of a strength than a weakness.

The laugh. I'm sympathetic because I do have a good vocal voice -- until the laugh. I see this with this gal and I do see why Mama Gut likes her. She's a spunky gal. However, the generalization is quite inaccurate. I don't know when dating and relationships became black and white, but I do remember that not everything stays the same, and some relationships are held onto because of exceptions, like cancer, depression grief, especially with the loss of a mutual child -- not because "dudes are jerks." From my experience I have heard of males who actually do believe washing between ur cheeks is gay. Not a lot of course. But a few. I’ve read stories across the internet about males who actually believe it. I’ve heard personal stories from people I know about a couple instances. It is a real thing but I don’t think its super common which is good and not surprising.

(Im only at the beginning of the video, so if opinions change throughout it please forgive me if my comment isn’t relative to the topic anymore) I’m gonna respectfully disagree with the beginning of this video, I think right now in society we’re taught that men shouldn’t show emotion because it can be emasculating and wrong- and in turn can have a hand in helping create men that refuse to acknowledge not only their emotions, but the emotions of those around them. And in turn, creating an environment of repetitive invalidation of feelings and emotions towards everyday situations. It basically creates the perfect concoction for someone to self gas-light themselves into thinking that their emotions aren’t real or valid, and having that type of mindset can absolutely bleed into their own relationships as well. I don’t think that you need to be curled up in a ball dribbling in snot every time you get sad of course, but I wouldn’t say that you should try not to cry if you’re upset about something, whether it be a relative or pet passing, or getting teary-Ed over McDonalds shake machine being broken down for the 1000th time lol. All emotion is valid and all emotion is real, what’s important is how you express it and how you process it. And crying itself is the best way to process something, even if it might seem silly to cry about. But I do wanna say I 100% agree that it can make others uncomfortable. For myself I get super anxious being around someone crying, but that mostly has to do with being raised by a father who shut out his emotions and was stuck raising two teenage girls for several years. So it was hard for me to process my emotions correctly when I was told I shouldn’t cry about it.

I don’t hate her content and i think their is a lot of toxic males on these platforms but a lot of the people she goes after are like immature teenagers who aren’t remotely mature yet. Then she’ll make fun of their appearance and say how they have a small pp when they are literal teenagers/minors and she’s like 30+ years old. Just weird to me.
