I've noticed the regrinds are typically used to mix the ground material together better if there are radically different "parts" of what's being ground, like if he were to do fries and a burger, a regrind helps keep the final sausage from being exclusively fries and then exclusively burger.

@@grain2854 I’ve not heard this one. You think the final score is always gonna be the opposite of the Ruffalo count? Semi-Solids probably lead to a better outcome then liquids so that would make sense tbh.

You had to push out most of the 'will it blow' with your finger and the pumpkin carving stick. Then it barely managed to fall out of the tube when you did blow. And you still gave it 1 mark ruffalo. This is unacceptable. That's clearly a 0 mark ruffaloes.

The Maillaird Reaction (food browning) occurs between proteins (cheese) and carbohydrates (breading), so I'm not surprised at all this sausage came out tasting really good. You should try double grinding and then cooking for longer, that'll give you a more intimate mix of proteins and carbs and give them more heat to turn into wonderful, delicious tasty things.
