WHY WOULD YOU SWIM OUT FLORIDA'S MOST DANGEROUS INLET? | ROUGH INLETS | Boats at Jupiter Inlet
Would you go out on a day like this?
Music by: / @dillacaseydilla
Let me know if you would like me to hit Boca Inlet, Boynton Inlet, Palm Beach Inlet, or Sebastian Inlet.
All kinds of boats in Jupiter, FL Palm Beach County transiting one of the most dangerous inlets in Florida. This inlet is very similar to the world-famous Haulover Inlet. These boats can get themselves in trouble easily if they don't use the correct speed and choose the right lines at Jupiter Inlet. Some weekends there are more awesome boats going in and out of Jupiter Inlet than a boat show. Enjoy the video and don't forget to hit that like button to support the channel.

No, 🦈 sharks! Being a bigger person, I’d be a tasty treat! I would not like the thought of contributing to a sharks high cholesterol!!!
Mad respect for the folks who get it all up in their head to do some fishing, go to all the trouble of getting all the supplies and driving there and getting their boat ready…..only to get to the mouth of the inlet and be smart enough to say, “nope”
Swimming I’d be afraid of being hit by a boat!!
Lol “back to the boat” 🤣😆😂
That little fishing boat showed good sense!!

I'm confident that watching the locals who usually, not always, know the area more well than most...if they aren't doing it, you probably shouldn't. *although he didn't get himself in a bad situation, just take a look at the speed of that tidal current going out against the direction of waves and wind.* You couldn't row a decent boat against that, so you absolutely cannot swim that fast. If he ended up in trouble, it would be a no brainer for everyone to say: what a moron. Yet, he didn't...so i give him a little credit. I wouldn't even think about doing that, i have a family, and wouldn't want them hearing that the last thing anyone saw was me chugging my 10th beer, and swimming out in the white caps. *Only Florida Man can do that!* 😂😂👍

@@d.cypher2920 you dont swim against the current. you swim out of the riptide then swim towards land.
Gnarly day. White caps as far as you can see. A good day to stay at the dock.
That swimmer just wanted to feed the sharks 🦈
Swimmer makes me think of the folks getting on 285 around Atlanta 2x a day. Whew!
In the 70s before everyone found Jupiter it was the thing to do, swim across the inlet , I did it for my 15th birthday . Crazy yes and best with incoming tide
I used to snorkel this inlet at slack tide every day there’s lots of interesting things you will find in the rocks and on the bottom including Indian arrow heads, boat traffic back then wasn’t heavy they turned paradise into a parking lot and Dubois park into a big potty tub
8:35 that pursuit stuffed the bow like 3 times.
Thank you camera man. Just next time use the zoom for close up shots and editing in slow motion.
Funny watching the 40'-55' Bertams, Vikings, Albermarle's and other sport fishing boats compared to the motor yachts and center consoles. They handle the rough stuff so much easier.
I knew I had the right idea to stay on land!
Wow that Pursuit OS32 with only two Yamaha 300’s smashed the inlet!!! Amazing distrassion just before the Pursuit! LOL
That was a very nice distraction
Got his Shades and Visor on lol
I wish you would show a Sebastian inlet every now and then I'm from Sebastian Florida I live in Frisco Texas now but yeah I watch the stuff every night I don't get enough of it
The old Boat Dodger...R.I.P. Rust in Peace.
That dude is a beast
I was a little nervous at first, then I saw how he was so relaxed and chilled...he's good!! 6:16 Good swimmer. I get the feeling he does this every Tuesday.
@danieltoth3900
2 жыл бұрын
I give you that he appears relaxed and chilled ánd maybe, maybe he knows something of currents and waves. However what's confusing the hell out of me- he does not have the stroke of an experienced swimmer rather an old timer that just started because his doctor recommended. Growing up in California I've seen thousands of open ocean swimmers being one myself yet NEVER have I seen a serious swimmer wearing a visor and sunglasses. Swimmers also do not benefit from chop and waves and only swim in that if there's no other option. Finally we only saw him swimming with the current which anyone could do that can float- I'd like to see him swimming against the current for an extended period, even 10 minutes. Believe it, a whole different world than letter the flow carry you out. My conclusion, he's an idiot and if he didn't drown, a very fortunate idiot.
@carolethorn3211

@@danieltoth3900 I agree! Assuming his calm demeanor is based on experience is ridiculous! No one NO ONE with any "experience" would swim in that voluntarily! Utter ridiculousness! (The sunglasses and visor alone tell me he grew up on a lake. Good grief!)
I have swam in, out and across Sebastian inlet on countless occasions. The snorkeling in that inlet is second to none, and paddling out to monster hole is easier with an outgoing tide.

With flippers and a life jacket I might.
There should be a CG station at this inlet, for real.
That's a strong swimmer.
Thumbs up for the 2:41 mark.....ooh la la
Yep.. i would get distracted as well
Looks calm compared to Haulover
0:43 - Subscribed ! :D
Why would you even want to go through that pounding
I might be able to handle the waves, but the mere thought of sharks makes it a definite No for me.
Nice boat at 2:30
What are those long poles on the boats
Watch out for the Bull Sharks Mr. Swimmer.
I think you have better chances of wearing a bacon suit in a bear cave than swimming in Jupiter inlet...
Never apologize for filming distractions like that
Nice video.
May i ask and sorry for my ignorance but why is Jupiter inlet so dangerous? and is it as bad as Haulover ? thank you
Many ways to die swimming there, jet ski , boat, current, shark! He is a good swimmer though, I'll give him that!
What boat? I was busy watching that caboose!
4 days ago we were at Jupiter inlet and an idiot swam to the end of jetties. He got caught in the rip current and a lifeguard had to go in with life preserver and fins to rescue him. Why do that?
Meanwhile the sailboats are out there fucking loving it 🤣🤣 Love me some powerboats but I would feel far safer in a sailboat any day of the week.
No, and I wouldn't rollerblade on the interstate either. Cause you can don't meen you should!
You gonna be stupid you gotta be tough 😂
That swimmer has never seen what happens when a 30ft center console comes off a wave and can't see a 200 lb man in front and below. He'd look like a menhaden chum slick in 5 seconds.
You get old, you think think you can still swim with the sharks....as Ron White says, "You can't fix stupid"....
Show the lighthouse!that swimmer is called "whack a mole"!
The hell with that I would never swim that I would never even put my boat in that water I cherish my bow and I don't take chances . I just hope everybody is okay that goes through there
Only if my boat sunk. Which is highly unlikely because I wouldn't take my boat out there

No I don't think I would swim in the inlet I shared some of these with my friend he has a boat this is really a rough time getting out to the ocean wow
👍👍😎⚓
I wouldn’t swim in the inlet. You drop down in the trough and a boat won’t even see you there. Not to mention the current. And the shark cages and where there’s a Baby is out of her cage there’s a shark (or was that the last video? I’m watching too many of these lol).
