Flakey Biscuits For Two (Air Fryer)

Flakey Air Fryer Biscuits! Easy and delicious!
Ingredients:
1 Cup Self-Rising Flour
3 Tablespoons Salted Butter (grated)
½ Cup (Scant) of Milk or Butter Milk
Cut 3 Biscuits (2 1/8" cutter) and form 4th with remainder.
Use small cake pan (buttered).
Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes.

Just a few minutes ago I again found your video for biscuits for two but didn’t have cream and , also, wanted to try using my air fryer, which is quite new to me, and my self-rising flour that is also quite new to me. You can buy a baking tray for Air Fryers, Ninja makes one, but it fits all makes of Air Fryer. It's great, you can even fry eggs and bacon on it!

If it is still too dry, spray with a little water. I keep a spray bottle just for biscuits and pie crust.

They look great. You got great height on them and very straight. Is using the straight sided tin helpful for achieving that? If I use a larger tin with the same quantity will I get the same result? I have the ninja air fryer toaster oven but unfortunately it doesn’t have much height for baking so I’m limited. I usually have to use my large oven.
