Fix your posture = Fix your Jaw

Some viewers have asked if Posture video can be made and here it is in relation to the jaw health!
50% of jaw joint structure is made of temporal bone (a part of skull). So that means position of head (skull) that is head / neck position will impact how jaw will function.
In poor chin poking posture, head is forward so this position makes your jaw to protrude (bottom jaw bone called mandible to thrust forward).
This motion will contribute to upper teeth and bottom teeth to contact more easily.
Once they start to contact each other, it is easier to clench more and grind more if they are not aligned properly.
If that is the average posture (i.e. bad posture is always the norm for an individual), it is more likely that this individual sleeps in this poor postured position creating a perfect environment to continue clenching or Bruxing (grinding at night in sleep). This vicious circle may continue on for very long time (days, weeks, months and years) until teeth damages or jaw pains...
So let's start changing your posture to help not only your neck but for your Jaw!
