Tight Jaw Relief from Arm Exercise 1

Are you feeling tight jaw? or tight cheeks?
If you are feeling tight on both sides, it increases the possibility that it is to do with your posture.
Often with round head forward / chin poke posture causes stiffness in the upper back.
This Arm Exercise " Elbow Circles" help to move your shoulder blades and move it back more often to help improve your posture and thoracic spine movement into neutral position or extension from flexed forward posture.
By improving your posture, it can often help your jaws or cheek tightness quite effectively.
Just be mindful if you have shoulder pain then please do not continue with this exercise.
