Fix your Bent Elbows in Handstand

Going through some theory and techniques to straighten your elbows in your handstand. Unless you have a physical restriction or structural issue that prevents you from straightening your arm, the issue usually has to do with technique and awareness.
Extending the elbows naturally is a very helpful habit for your handstand aesthetics, efficiency, and to lead into advanced skills.

    Yuri good to hear you are getting some traction Well deserved. Your videos are really informative. In contrast to some of your peers with millions of subscribers you have never become complacent. Some of your peers have become really lazy and less useful. To busy posing on their channels Getting away with it and making too much money in my humble opinion.

    I appreciate that! I’m doing my best to try to stay true to my roots. That being said, I wouldn’t be opposed to making more money like my million subscriber peers LOL

    I have closed shoulders and a mild/moderate hunch back. I’ve been trying to correct my technique in my handstand by straightening my arms, squeezing my ears and opening my shoulders. The more I try this thought I feel a pinching pain in my right shoulder and it has increased to a sore muscle kind of pain outside of working on handstands. I do some shoulder flexibility and mobility drills but they don’t seem to improve much. And thoughts on the pinching pain?

    I know it’s not what you want to hear, but I think this is a complex issue and it’s doing a disservice to try to address it over the KZread comments without having sufficient information. If you wish to do an online coaching session, I can make assessments and try to address the issue and give you some ideas to work on

    Why i can't keep my leg straight while kicking up ? , my hamstring is so good
