Just got mine about a month ago, The purple one. After riding a stumpjumper for the last couple of yearsI thought it wouldn’t get better than that, I was wrong, this bike is a dream!

@@SplatteredWRX I may not be the right person to give a biased opinion on the two bikes, since the stumpjumper is a small size and the 5010 a medium, I am 5’6 and between sizes. The 5010 feels more comfortable than the stumpy. Don’t believe factory sizing. Test ride, if possible, the bike you want and go from there.

*Great frame and lightweight. **Latest.Bike** components were well adjusted out of the box. Great entry level bike for light off road use.*
Would you recommend this over the 2021 version? I like the 2021 colors better and it seems that they haven’t changed much. Thanks!

If you can find either, the real difference is the color so yeah
I think they changed the fork because fox 34 doesn’t come in 27.5 anymore
I just bought a V3 a few months ago and just took it to a bike park and was surprised how good I did on all the double black diamond trails!

Hard to look bad on a Santa Cruz. My only issue is how slacked the bike is.. wondering how it would feel to trail ride?

Still super nice, definitely with the combination of smaller wheels and slackness it's not the fastest climbing bike around but flowy trails it rips

Probably similar to Bronson/Nomad etc. Only difference will most likely be a Pike upfront and different shock.

Love that yellow, and so greatful it isn't yet another matte frame. Matte is so bad choice for something that's going to be used like this. I so hope that trend fades away. This is definitely the way to go.
