  I have a Marlin 8 2nd gen. I bought a dropper post and surprise! You can't insert the cable from the bottom into the seat tube! Is there a way?

  At 3:45 you could see those black (silicone I guess) mount hole fillers... to my eyes, it would be freaking mess, if every piece holds it's own direction. But can you tell me, will they stay in place over some hard rides, or they tend to fall off? Asking, cause at this moment my 2022 9.6 got stolen and I am weighing +over - and trying to decide, if to getvthis exact bike or wait for maybe other and prettier😊 colour sceme alongside maybe updates to the bike....

  front suspension and thick tires is a must if you ride in city with bad bike infrastructure and curb passing. you're not racer weight does not matter

  I see on Trek's website they have the specs for each size S-XL and they show the geometry differences when the Mino Link (flip chip?) is in either setting (High/Low). Which setting is better for XC and climbing? High or Low? Also, which setting does it come in from the factory?

  coming from years full sus mtb's...i recently bought this bike as a compromise to also do some single track bikepacking...not expecting so much from it, i was incredibly surprised at how versatile and good this bike is allround and especially on descents. fantastic bike in my opinion

  mine comes with e thirteen drive train and i didnt even ride it properly 1 month old bike and its already at the shop to replace drive train dont buy it with e thirteen that is the worst component ever the damn shimano alivio is 100 % better

  ripped out the ethirteen cranks/ring from my Roscoe 9 as soon as I got it and replaced them with SLX

  Nice review I just bought that one and ride it the last two weeks coming from riding my other bike for two years Giant Trance Advance pro, so far the comparison appear to be the giant a bit more heavy but more confident in the descending but I am still making adjustments to shock and suspension as well as tires pressure the only add I did to the original setting is putting cushcore to the tires since where I ride is very rocky and I am heavy person

  Did Trek downgrade the crank on this bike? I ordered my Gen 6 on Friday but the Trek site says Deore crank and shows that in pictures but every review I’ve seen show it with an SLX crank. I wonder if they downgraded from SLX to Deore?

  they come with 3 versions deore,slx and e thirteen witch is the worst option i have trek 1 month and drive train is broken i didnt even ride it properly i ride it like 2 times in forest on flat soil other stuff is ok e thirteen sucks dond buy it
