Thank you!
I've always found it difficult to hunt bedding areas near field edges. The difficulty lies in the Access and Exit strategies for them. Could you explain in a follow up video on how you would enter and exit a set up like this? tks Mark-MI
Good video sounds like you have a good plan. Good luck

Thank you! Hopefully everything works out, yes. It's one of many spots. We'll see what else comes up with some more scouting!
Great video

Thanks, Keaton.
I just moved to Ohio a few years ago . The public land I hunt is a mixture of grassland and mountains . I can always find doe bedding . Having trouble find buck beds . I scout the leeward sides . Find good food sources . But never can find the buck bed . Any points on what I may be doing wrong ?also I look at the points at end of ridge .

I can’t speak a whole lot about mountain/hill country. With the grassland areas, I would focus on hard transitions grass and water. This could be a river or swamp. If you found a river oxbow with thick cover, there’s a good chance a buck is using it.
So early season i was in a spot like that sitting against a tree and i shot a doe but as soon as i shot storm came out of now where storm came from behind me it was a big tree so i couldnt tell it was about to storm. rained washed blood away never found the doe looked for 2 days. seen bucks use that area too

ahhh that's too bad. Tough luck on that one! I'm sure there are some bucks hanging around still.
Obvious early season bedding area.

Probably.
Why aren’t you finding deer sheds in this location? Finding buck bedding and core areas is very difficult in my opinion.

Who said I’m not finding sheds? In flat, swamp like terrain, finding buck bedding is simple. In other terrain, I’ve found it to be more difficult.

@@RelentlessSportsman shed finding is a nice addition to any video, especially when you find them in the buck bedding that you are scouting.
