Curious why it was never mentioned that the cipher was cracked by a mathematician and a couple of cryptologists in Melbourne, Australia. That’s a very interesting aspect of all this.

@@kathykline7202 What do you mean by this? Their solution makes sense and fits with everything else that we know about the case. Also I was under the impression that Jorgensen was the suspect of a murder not believed to be the zodiac killer but was at one point through to be one.

@@lilith6072 That is 4 lines from Z340 but it has 20. 16 lines were not solved. That last word "death" is really abroad. He left for Azerbaijani in 74. He was learning arabic - that is what these are, translations not ciphers. Also on every because, he didnt say that he said "cause" no big deal but that is 8 bytes total unaccounted for and just randomly added. Also his first name is there. Solve it and see, it is just a translation you solve with Google translator.

Correction: 4 lines only. These are not ciphers that is why. He tells you they are ciphers and most everyone including cryptos believe him. He couldnt cipher. Those are translation of another language. You solve with google translator, I think Z13 Z32 took me 10 min each. It didnt take a fancy ass computer. They wasted 12 million, because these were solved 3 years ago. He flunked a year in school.

The FBI should be embarrassed.

Agree, they could not even find origination. Neither did that show, neither did cryptos, Carmel was a paperweight. It did nothing. So they wasted 12 million on nothing because they thought they got geniuses. I have to laugh. But they want you to send solves, evidence and all clues to David who didnt solve his right or get the methodolgy, I will not, and you deserve to know truth. I asked them if I could tell you - they did not answer in two years, so I am not keeping this a secret anymore. And I have had no cryptology training and I got them all They didnt need cryptos, they needed a linguist. I think the Network is responsible for this misinformation as well as FBI and Don Olsen. Name is only in Z340 and Z408

I grew up in the Bay Area-Hayward and Castro Valley in the 60’s. I remember being scared to death of the Zodiac killer.

Happy Easter to all, and here is your Easter egg. I have found something interesting about the zodiac ciphers, They are double ciphers, I havent checked too many yet. But have translated them in two ways. Best way to tell you is by example - Z13 says Glasses male me, but it also says Put P aove A and C above M, He is wanting you to switch characters thru another offshoot of Arabic so you can see true meaning. Right now, if you were to translate the top it doesnt really mean anything, I dont think he would say about the same thing as Z408 and Z340. (nasty things about killing.) The true meaning is told by the hidden cipher on all. Until you do 2 translations you cannot see the real meaning of the cipher. He did almost the same to misspellings to give you a more complete meaning of himself. I have not seen anyone that knows this but there is a secret word to open all up. Hint its not “open sesame”. LOL Its something to do with his occupation. Reddit is incorrect about those language translations. Its Arabic first (5 offshoots of this language he used, then it is tweaked to another version of arabic and solved again. The Major Languages on these is number 1) parent is arabic, 2) Dutch - offshoot is Afrikaans 3) english for his name. The greek they said is part of translation, that is only two letters alpha and omega. So now you are finally hearing the truth of the Zodiac ciphers., Tricky Little SH**

Second Meta-text has a 'Tit Willo' confirmation peg and points at Robert Hansen, the eventual Alaskan Serial killer. Thus, looks like a cult of at least 4 men with military, hunting backgrounds and possible extreme intelligence. Off the scale possibly in one case. Solution achieved as a reformatting of Oranchak solution within new horizontal 20 x17 grid constraint to achieve likely John Dee readable transpositions. The code was not clever but very shrewd. The killer used various substitutions and intentionally removed patterns from the crypts to thwart the ability to solve the messages. The first crypt took a week and from there on it went downhill. They should have from the first solved crypt not released any information which would have left the killer creating messages with the name patterns he used in the first letter. For example the substitutions for the symbols representing the alphabet letters become more and more randomised. The messages were hidden not from line to line but diagonally and across the crypts. These randomisation created more noise in the letter to solve for the message.

I wonder if the killer is still alive up to this day. Him seeing all these reports about his ciphers must be amusing.

No, but he does mention black panthers in Z340 further down, if you know what they are, maybe you are too young. He WAS an activist - how did you know that? In lines 5-20 in Z340 he does mention the environment, Black Panthers and some social issues. He kept killing stuff in a red drawer, he said that in Z340.

It took a mathematician from Australia and an independent computer programmer to come up with the correct algorithm to translate it and break the encoding. So you do some research first before daring to type garbage to me as a silly and stupid attempt of trying to prove your intelligence. If it wasn't for those 2 men. David would not have been able to decode this cypher. He would be still working on it, just like everyone else has done for 50 years. Those 2 men alone are the geniuses and they are not even American. Says it all really.
