Exploring Between the Sixes and Lake Sumter of The Villages | The Villages Florida
In this video I focus on “between the sixes” area of The Villages Florida, including Buena Vista Blvd, Morse Blvd, random villages, Lake Sumter Landing, 466, 466A, and more. I think it may be a good watch if you're wondering what the Lake Sumter area of The Villages, looks like from end to end, especially if you are thinking of visiting or moving to The Villages. I recorded this May 11 and 12, 2023. My second in a series of exploring The Villages Florida with a very thorough drive covering a wide area one section at a time, including random villages, shops and surrounding areas. I''ll be doing a video of each of the major sections in the future including south of 466A, and south of 44, and more as it expands :) It's a long video, get some popcorn and enjoy.

I agree, it's my favorite area lately too
I visited The Villages from May 6-13. On Friday, 5/12, I went to Lake Sumter Landing for the BMW club car show. 🚗 No one would let me test drive their BMW. 😂 I went to 2 open houses for new patio villas in Newell...the bond is $23K on a new patio villa...I think I will stay north of 466 if I buy a home in TV. Thank you for the tour of between the 6's.

I totally agree that Bridgeport is beautiful. One of my favorites along with Lake Sumter cottages, Marsh Bend and Harmswood. Although everywhere in The Villages is charming. Just a matter of your personal needs and desires.

The village of Bridgeport...very nice!!
Loved this! Especially the campaign to get Chief a million+ home, and the tiny planet mode was awesome! 😊 I liked the music choice in this video better than the 1st on this series, seemed more upbeat. Thanks for doing this series, very helpful to those interested in knowing more, seeing and doing more on a lifestyle visit to pinpoint where to focus their search for their future TV home. Keep up the great work! We appreciate it!

I'm sitting in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado researching The Villages. Your tours are so helpful in getting an idea what the sections ("Below the 6s") are referring to and what the areas actually look like. Very helpful. TY.

Another section of the Villages, thanks Chief. My favorite section will still always be the north section. I didn't realize Bridgeport was all $1M + - nice neighborhood.

More Bald Eagles nesting on high tension electric line towers near San Marino/Prado Blvd./San Pedro area - The residential area East of Morse along the big tower lines is the spot and you'll see any nests that are active. You can see with naked eye but binoculars or camera zoom is best. There are two pairs that take up two or three even adjacent towers to raise their chicks each year. Of course not all year long but in the early Spring is best for spotting young. The chicks and young Bald Eagles are brown or grey-brown. The eagles hunt in the big field that is privately owned there.

You know, Chief, this section looks so different from the newer areas-- this is so spacious and beautiful. Some of the new sections don't even have enough parking. Until I watched this video, I really didn't appreciate the difference. Bet in the long term, this affects values. Of course Middletown et al will probably change all this. Until watching these videos though, I was a little clueless. Appreciate your efforts.

Hey Chief, this is the second time I’ve watched this one. You’ve convinced me to seriously look at Bridgeport and some of the more northern parts when we are ready to shop for a home. Is it me or do many of these homes (Bridgeport for example) seem to have larger lots?

I'm surprised by the lack of car traffic, golf cart traffic & foot traffic in your videos. Are you editing these things out for video flow or...... is it a certain time of day? Or maybe it's just me, because I live in California so I notice such things. I agree with the others. Very good video; & yes, definitely monetize. Thank you for your service. I was in the Melbourne area last week & I really love how Florida treats our Vets.

Love this area you covered, I honestly expected it to be more packed, seems whenever you film, there is hardly anyone around😊so serene. Would you happen to know the name of the last neighborhood you drove through? On the video it was around 18:15, I would like to look those homes up, they seemed a bit larger😊 Thanks for all of the time and effort you put into these videos. Have a beautiful weekend Chief 🙌🏼🌟🙏🏻

Great insight into the area, but you pay $1million+ for a home in Bridgeport and you don't get a path/sidewalk to get out and about... sort of encouraging car/golf car use.
