Thanks ROS, your videos make a lot more sense to me than other similar guides I looked at on the internet. My Mom is facing an issue with compression fracture in the lumbar and that has extended to sciatica pain in her left leg. I had introduced her to your channel follow as much as she can. She is currently using the backpainseal do-875 brace and doing light exercises as per your video guides. Things are not as bad as they used to be. Thanks to you.

I fell down my front steps a lil over 2 years ago and have excruciating pain. I fractured my T6. The doc put me on back brace. Not much relief. He wouldn’t do the surgery bc I had no insurance at the time. When my husband retired out of the military after 25+ years I got insurance but it was to late. It healed but with a slight bend. My back burns, throbs and just hurts so bad that I get sick. I have done weeks of therapy and did not help a bit. I seen another doc that gave me some shots in my back. It would help for about 4-6 weeks but he didn’t want to keep doing it. I wish I knew what to do. I’ve tried everything. I just turned 40 but when I fractured my back I also found out I have osteoporosis. I just come to realize I’ll have to deal with this pain forever…

I’m 57, and have two thoracic fractures, I have severe osteoporosis 😢 When I first fractured, I was in a lot of pain, than, hardly any pain for three months, now, my upper back is in excruciating pain, AGAIN, and I’m wondering, did I re-fracture, did the vertebrae below fracture?!!! Just a horrible condition 😢

Me too, T12 and L4 fracture. I hope you are feeling much better now, or at the very least you feel less pain! I'm practicing some of these exercises just so I can feel more active and get my body back into the groove of moving (the ones I can do I try, I can't get on my hands and knees yet but the shoulder stretch was relieving!) Best wishes to you ❤️

Thank you for the video! I have fractured my back (from T5 to L5) at 25 after suffering from severe osteoporosis due to a heavy dosage of Medrol to treat stevens-johnson syndrome. The first fracture happened as I was washing my teeth and it felt as if my spine just broke into two. I could not stand on my feet and had to sit down immediately. After that my vertebrae fractures happened one after another. I could barely move for 6 months, and could only sleep in one position. Every little movement was excruciating. Currently, I am taking Forsteo daily, have an orthopaedic corset, and do simple exercises to help regain the strength in my muscles. I am back on my feet and I can move around without others helping me stand, although after a few minutes of standing my back starts to hurt really badly and I frequently have to take breaks while walking.

I took a fall down my basement stairs last year. I suffered a bust fracture at L1. They didn't fix it because I have severe Osteoporosis at age 50. I spent 3 months in a brace. I never received any PT because while recovering our family doctor died of Covid-19. I suffer from burning, aching and sometimes throbbing. My back sometimes spasms. I uses to feel it pop and move. I am miserable. I wish they could have done something to relieve this pain.

I feel you. I have the same issue, have T12 burst fracture, I spent only 3 days in the hospital, seen by PT/OT once, OT showed me how to get out off bed once, PT walk me once and that’s it ready to go home. Not recommended home PT, while at home it is miserable, bed is not a hospital bed, difficult to get out bed without hurting back, it’s been 3 months, just weaning from brace. My shoulders are hurting, getting in and out of the car is terrible. It is only now, I realize to seek help from you-tube and learning some points. PT is very important for recovery. I hope We better soon.

Thank you for your video I am in dreadful pain In March this yr I had pneumonia and respiratory failure I have severe emphysema and also osteoporosis I was told my back pain was muscular I was in hospital almost a month and then got covid two days before discharged I have since lost my mobility and can only just walk slowly around my home but I’m not able to go upstairs to my bed In august I was admitted back into the hospital for my gallbladder They had to do a Ct scan because they couldn’t find my gallstone On that Ct report it stated Two severe wedge fracture and kyphosis It’s states theses fractures were present on X-ray back in March ?? I didn’t have kyphosis last yr but I do now I have recently had an mri scan because I have been getting allot of numbness and tingling below On the results I still have fractures at T 6/7 but they are healing slowly So the doctor in the emergency room said Not once have they treated me for these but did refer me to a rheumatologist who I can’t see until Jan 2024 Yes it’s a joke I am in the uk and out nhs is broken I’m not sure a rheumatologist is the right specialist to be seeing ? The doctor at the emergency agreed he didn’t so either Am I right or wrong ?
