This man's income depends on people not being able to improve their eyesight, just keep that in mind. He also wrongly described the 'palming' exercise, one does not put pressure on one's eyeballs, it's simply to block out light and allow the eyes to rest.

If astigmatism is solely from the shape of ones eye saying there’s no exercise to make it better, then why does astigmatism get worse over the years? Our eye is not changing shape right? And if it is and that’s why vision gets worse than you could change the shape to make it better, potentially through strengthening

I think astigmatism from the shape of eye, but it depend on the changes Axis of eye. Your eye change once like shape of Egg and getting worst because of the change Axis degree. that's all i learned by another KZread channel, cmiiw

@@locpham4993 You mean corporatist. Capitalism involves free consumers participating in a free market governed by fair competition using their own free will to make purchase decisions. It is lightly regulated by the government unlike the medical/pharmaceutical industry where there is virtually no competition, doctors have the final word on what you take, and what they prescribe to you is only from a government-approved list of synthetic drug regardless of safety or efficacy... and recently being forced on you.

The reason eye is changing it's shape are muscles, and that is the same reason for near and farsightness, everything is about eye muscles which loose their elasticity over years and the fact that people are using their eyes less and less to look far away. It's just musles atrophy, like every other muscle in a body, and we just need some scientists to test and study that, but of course that will not happen, imagine that we have a video with exercises which cures all sight problems, how would they make billions of dollars every year selling prescirption glasses, contacts, surgeries. That's how all modern medicine work, everything can be cured for free and with nature, but they want us to think only modern medicine can do it, and funny enough, they call traditional medicine "alternative" despite being able to cure everything modern medicine can't.

Glasses and contacts actually weaken the eye muscles. Creating a dependency on glasses/contacts/prescriptions will not strengthen the muscles necessary to improve acuity, eye movement, depth perception or peripheral awareness. I know people who have done vision training and improved their astigmatism. There are eye doctors who have given testimonies about their clients' improvements/drastic decreases in astigmatism. Here's a question to all the people who have been seeing their optometrists for extended periods of time. Does your vision actually get better and IMPROVE? Or do prescriptions stay the same or get worse? These kind of medical professionals keep folks enslaved instead of empowering them. That's why improvements never occur. There's adequate research to know how vision training or vision therapy can help. Lack of integrity and money prevent professionals from growing and evolving. We gotta stop holding these type of professionals in such high regard. They are robots that can't critically think beyond their conventional medical training. It's beyond disappointing.

@@SarthakVijayrania1 there are several exercises, foods, and methods as simple as reading an eye chart everyday from 20ft distance.. that can help any minor eye condition. Also there are exercises you can do in the dark(no light). Lots of teachings - just suppressed. The information is out there but made really hard to access it. This keeps doctors and eye glass retailers in business. They bandaid your issue. Which cause more sever issues In The future. But that's how the system is set up... bandaid until about 75 then the average human croaks. However, I could post a list of things to help. But there are videos and research that exist. Always remember - there is not a profit in a cure. America's medical industry is ran for profit not to heal. Take ivermectin or Albendezol for instance, a 2$ over the counter medication in every other country that is very useful for many health benefits, cost $400 with prescription in America. Sadening. Sorry I got a bit off track. But made many key points. I'll post some videos to this comment. Soon.

There s nothing to be ashamed of. I got it when I was 16 and now I m 22.Treat your parents like your friends not enemies.Share your problems and they will take you to eye Dr. My condition didn't get worse. For four years my astigmatism stayed stable and this year it changed slightly because I wasn't wearing my glasses much and straining my eyes lot (reading and screen time)

@@kateamisulashvili6303 kid there is nothing to be afraid of, okay. Tell your parents and consult doctor. You fear your oarents will scold u for using mobiles n computers, not eating healhy....etc like this na. Ok then just listen to them, they care for u. So get your glasses and start working on vision improvement. But without getting eye checkup its not recommended, okay? Just try to first get mentally relaxed and motivate yourself to help your own self. Since yor vision has decreased recently and at this teenager stage, it will recover very fast. Trust me. Get your glasses not with this fear that u have to wear them alll the rest of life but with this aim that with proper dedication u can get it absolutely correct in some months. And honestly your parents will help u in this journey. Usually i dont comment on utube but i thought i should really help u. I am telling u this because i have experienced this myself. Believe me kid! Take care!

They would have a job - I wonder what % they get off the customer buying the glasses. Since they do earn a fairly good amount of money by just checking the health of the eye - like a dentist. Unless they own the shop, then I doubt they make money off selling glasses, but then again, maybe they get commission.
