Doing it for 30 days Day 1:no results (Ofc) Day2:My legs r starting to hurt(I can hear my bones cracking) Day3:my legs feel hurt but my legs and belly feels slimmer Day4:my belly is starting to be a little hourglass ⌛️,my legs really hurt(also I’m eating healthy) Day5:I can feel the curves in my belly and my legs feel slimmer Day6:my belly is lithely flat legs slimmer my shorts use to be tight now they’re loose great process so far Day7:(forgot to update)I lost 2kg Day8:OMG my belly’s is literally ⌛️and I lost 3kg

Doing this until I see changes Weight: 70kg Goal: 50-60kg Day 1: It was ok preety easy doing it twice a day Day 2: Felt the burn but still no changes Day 3: Stomach started hurting but pulling through Day 4: Did it twice in a row thanks for reminding me I'll keep going. Day 5: Almost gave up but did it before I took a shower Day 6:Had to skip today had a trip Day 7: 3 times in a rows seeing changes. Doing this as a slightly overweight teenager: Starting weight: 63kg Goal weight: 55-50kg Day 1: did the exercise 2 times. It was so easy, so fun and fast! I feel my muscles working! So excited abt day two ^^ Day 2: It was kinda hard since I was resting for a while but again so fun and chill! Drank lots of water, feel so grate

Doing it for 10 days with an abs and full body workout aswell. Current weight 50 kg goal is 45 kgs. Day 1: no changes ofc Day 2: my legs are sore but did it Day 3: saw a little difference Day 4: did it with pushups Day 5: my weight decreased by 3 kgs. Day 6: my body was burning like hell bit managed to do it. Day 7: did with five pushups and 20 squats Day 8: i look way slimmer than before tysm. Day 9: my mom said I got slimmer AHHH. Day 10: last day did it My weight went from 50 kgs to 44 kgs in 10 days. Tysm home fitness❤🎉✨💗😭

@@Fat_to_fit786 it's not a lie it depends upon different bodies too cuz i found alot of changes within a week the dress that wasn't fitting me was fitting perfectly. 😊 Try doing two slots per day and some more exercises maybe that's how your body works :)

Doing this as a teenager for a week: Day 1: Everything okay, no change Day 2: Still the same Day 3: I can see a bit of a change Day 4: I can feel my belly less loose more tight Day 5: My belly is starting to form something like an hourglass Day 6: My belly feels tight as well as my thighs and It works Day 7: it definitely works, just dont give up, do it every day and at the end of a week you will see changes.

I will do this as long as I can Day 1 - I did it yesterday 3x I don't feel any changes because I overeat yesterday Day 2 - 2x for now, but I plan to do it once or twice today. I don't feel the changes. (Tomorrow I will weigh myself and give you the weight, and tomorrow I will take the measurement from the belly and thighs) I do this one more Day 3 - I did it 4 times, felt nothing except exercises 4 and 5. Didn't notice much difference, maybe a little on my stomach. I measured my thighs and belly. Thighs: 47cm Belly: 63 cm. The scale in my house is not working properly, I need to buy a new one, then I will give you the weight, sorry Day 4 - I do this 2x I had a bit of abdominal pain during some exercises. I don't see any more changes Day 5 - Day 6 - Day 7 - Can you like it? otherwise I will forget about the update.

Currently 59 kg. Goal: 49-52kg, and a slim hourglass body. Day 1: it was okay, didn’t feel any changes (of course) but felt so much better and so excited for tomorrow. Day 2: super easy, no changes and I still don’t feel the burn and don’t feel sore, still motivated tho Day 3: soooo easy, little changes (I don’t only do this workout I do the le sserafum Workout) not sore and still don’t feel a lot of burn, still motivated! Day 4: small changes, don’t feel the burn and not so sore, ig I’m still motivated ? i'm going to be doing this for 2 weeks! day one:i'm planning on doing the exercise twice or more everyday height- 5'4/152 cm weight-135 lbs/61 kg goal weight- 125/ 56 kg i did the exercise 7 times. its super easy! the last time burned. day two:did the exercise 2 times. i'm a bit sore from yesterday. i don't recommend doing the exercise more than a couple times a day. day three:did the exercise 4 times. i'm a bit less sore than yesterday. i also walked 13.7k steps. weight:135lbs/61 kg day four:did the exercise 5 times today. i'm not that sore anymore weight:132 lbs/60kg i dropped a bit of weight last night 😭 i started another workout with this one today. day five:i did the exercise 3 times today. weight: 133/60kg day six:i did the exercise 3 times i can feel the burn in my legs more. i'm starting to see a difference in my waist but not yet in my legs. weight:131.8 lbs/59 kg day seven:i did the exercise 2 times today with 12k steps. i wasn't eating good before. eat 1,200 calories at a minimum! take care of your body!❤️ weight:136.8 day eight:i did the exercise 2 times with 11k steps. day nine:i did the exercise 2 times i did other exercises since i didn't go out today weight: 136 lbs/61kg day ten:i did the exercise 2 times i did other exercises since i didn't go out today weight: 136 lbs/61kg day eleven:i did the exercise 1 time because i had friends over. i took 6k steps day twelve:i did the exercise 1 times today, i was exhausted today day thirteen:i did the exercise 1 time with 16k steps day fourteen:i did the exercise 1 time and 12k weight:136.6 my end weight is my own fault. i believe the workout does work if you do it for a while and have a healthy diet and eat enough food

Doing this for 1 week Day 1: did it 2 times i didn't see much changes but was feeling good ❤ Day 2:did it 2 times i didn't see any changes in my thighs but i can see some changes in my belly ✌🏻👍🏻 Day 3:did it 2 times i see some changes in my legs 😄 Day 4:sorry Day 5:i did it 3 times i see some changes that my belly is start getting flat Day 6: did it 2 times no change in my belly but my thighs are improving Day 7:did it 2 times Edit:sorry for not giving the update. I did this exercise for 1 week i saw some changes but it wasn't so good as i only did it for 1 week . The 1 tip is that you should it consistently for 14 days It wouldn't give you the good results if you do not do it for 14 days as in the video it is already mentioned that you should do it for 14 days.

Doing this for a while now everyday!! Day 1: was pretty fun and easy, did it 3 times Day 2: felt amazing and easy, did it 4 times Day 3: did it one time and small lines are showing up on my stomach Day 4: was pretty good Day 5: easy and nice, did it twice Day 6: no results tbh but I'll keep doing it! Day 7: still no changes but did it three times! Day 8: I definitely feel it I'm sure I will soon notice some changes Day 9: I think I'm starting to see slight changes!! Day 15: I was on a trip the last days and couldn't update you guys but I did do the workout everyday and I see great results! Day 16: I love how it feels, did it 3 times again and it was so fun! Day 24: I haven't been home but I did it everyday and I'm impressed! I really see differences! Day 25: soo my stomach is pretty flat and I lost some thigh fat, I'm really happy with the results!! See you tomorrow Day 26: did it twice today Day 27: works great! I've been doing it for one month almost and I feel way more confident with my body! Over all the results weren't as big as shown in the video, but I still recommend doing this! I personally didn't go on a diet but I think you'd see better results if you do! I have to be honest, my thighs didn't change much, but my stomach did and I think if I continue I'll see results on my legs too! You’re not slimmer it’s your head and you can’t get changes in one day unless you to more. It takes a week to see changes if you’re doing this

After doing this exercise for a week, I’ve realized that workouts like this won’t work for everyone, and I don’t think it will work for me. I’ve decided to try a different routine, but don’t let my failure discourage anyone who wants to try this! After doing this workout, it helped me realize that my body needs something else and it was a great learning opportunity. Good luck to everyone on there journey; and don’t give up!

Avoid sugar and junk .. and also take any fat cutter drink with this exercise and walk daily for at least 45 mins .. hope this helps 🤞

hey y’all :) i’ve been doing this exercise everyday once and there are noticeable changes!! especially in my stomach and hips and a bit on the thighs!! i didn’t go on a huge diet but i did try to eat as healthy as possible and stop binging and also lower my portions just a tiny bit and i’ve only started a week and a half ago!! everyone around me has been commenting on how much i’ve lost weight so definitely do this, i’ve only been doing this exercise only and i try to squish them into my routine everyday which hasn’t been a problem since it’s short, but also effective!! so if ur thinking about starting this exercise definitely do!! i recommend and will keep doing it til i reach my dream body

I’m doing this everyday for 28 days (& 3 other workouts) Day 1- i found out that I’m going Spain next week, Sunday, so I’m doing this 2x a day, it feels so good! Day 2- did it once as I was busy but it felt refreshing and easy to do! Day 3- not even going to lie my belly has reduced but my legs seem the same, let’s keep hoping! Day 4- my belly is a bit flatter but still no difference in the thighs, keeping my fingers crossed :) Day 5- still no difference in the thighs, begun eating healthier for a better result! Day 6- feeling refreshed after doing it today! Day 7- did it twice today, belly is literally flat so I don’t have to worry about that now! Day 8- my legs have reduced the tiniest bit but they still kinda look the same? Day 9- I’ve been on holiday so I haven’t been able to update, instead of doing the workout I did a lot of walking which has the same effect! 23,787 steps! Day 10- 10,275 steps! Day 11- 23,325 steps! Day 12- 15,714 steps! Day 13- 4000 steps & the workout! Day 14- 6889 steps & the workout! See a change! I noticed some slight changes too. Day 3: i ate like, a lot so i did it 7 times, along with 2 other exercises. I wouldn't recommend losing any more weight, you actually have the most perfect weight for your height, loose anymore it'll affect your period and make your bones weaker

Делаю эту тренировку 1 неделю 1-сделала 2-сделала 3-сделала 4-сделала все отлично! Уже минус 2 см в талии, а ноги вообще стали стройными! 5-сделала все отлично! 6-сделала 2 подхода 7-сделала замеры до:талия 63 см низ живота 65 Бедра сверху 45 ниже колен 28 Замеры после: талия 61 низ живота 64 Бедра сверху 42 ниже колен 27-26 см маловато буду делать еще недельку 8-сделала 9-была у Дедушки 10- была у дедушки 11-сделала все круто 12-сделала замеры будут завтра 13-не сделала 14-сделала Замеры: (до)-63 талия: 61-62 , (до)-65 низ живота:64 , (до)- 45 бедра самая большая часть: 43-42см ,(до)-43:самая маленькая: 31см ,(до)- 28 низ колен: 27см Буду ещё неделю делать 15- 16- 17- 18- 19- 20- 21- лайкните чтоб не потерять

I have lost 5 kg after sleeping and doing this exercise every night it’s really good for you so I would recommend I well give you news
I did this with 2 other workouts for a full 5 months and the results definitely shows but someone like me who eats a lot of junk or lot in general it definitely keeps u at a steady weight so it definitely helps!

I'm gonna update this daily!! Day one: done, and it was easy! Day two: I felt a little sore, but it was still easy! Seeing no change though. Day three: I see a slight change in my stomach!!! Nothing in my thighs though :( Day four: I was really busy, and couldn't do it Day five: There is a change in my stomach, and a slight change in my thighs!!! Day six: No more change right now :\ Day Seven: I see a change in my thighs!! Day eight: It's day eight and I'm feeling great :3 I skipped a lot of days...I'm going to do this for another week! Day one: Probably because I've done it before, this was really easy! Day two: I felt a little sore, but that's progress! Day three: I skipped unfortunately :( Day four: Super easy! Day five: I can see my thighs getting thinner!! Day six: I see so many changes! Day seven: I'm so happy with the results!! Time for another week!! This time I'll include measurements :D Waist: About 27.5 inches Left thigh: About 17 inches Right thigh: About 16.5 inches Day one: ✅It was easy, as always :) Day two: ✅Easy again, though I did feel sore Day three: ✅This is honestly now a part of my daily routine🤣 Day four: ✅I was super sore, but still did it :D I'm definitely seeing some change in my stomach!! Day five: ✅WOAH!! My stomach has really shrunk! Day six: ✅Done but I got really bloated today so no progress :( Day seven: ✅Done! I'm going to go another week, then update with progress :D Day one: ✅Starting a new week and I'm feeling good! Day two: ✅Feeling great! Day three: ❌Didn't do it because I'm sick :( Day four: ❌Still sick, I'll continue tomorrow! Day five: ✅Told you ;) I'm going to continue this on my own time, but I may or may not update. But, I think you deserve some final thoughts. FINAL THOUGHTS: This is a solid workout, but I think should be paired with another smaller workout. The thigh exercises did not work as well as I would have hoped, but overall, this works. Just remember, don't be pressured to do this everyday. You are enough

Hello!! If you want some changes in ur thighs, use a different tutorial. You could do this once and the thighs tutorial twice a day!!

Буду делать эту тренировку 3 раза в день в течение недели 1 день- сделала 2 день- сделала 3день -сделала один раз 4день-сделала два раза, возможно сделаю это ещё раз вечером 5день-не сделала( была занята) 6день -не сделала (тоже была занята) завтра сделаю 9 раз + продливаю на 2 дня 7день-сделала 8 день -сделала 9день - Залайкайте чтоб не забыла

Day 1: ✅It wasn’t to hard of an exercise but I did feel it in my stomach a bit Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ barely felt any burn at all Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ I didn’t do this workout, but I did do a different one so I think it counts Day 6: ✅ I’m not seeing much different yet but I feel better and healthier Day 7: ✅ I eat a lot of junkfood again today, but knowing I’d do this workout I felt much better about it Day 8: ✅not much results yet, I should probably start some sort of diet… Day 9: ❌ rest day Day 10: ❌ didn’t do it because I was busy (it’s Easter tomorrow so I was at my grandma’s) Day 11: ✅ did a different quicker workout cause I didn’t have much time, I ate tons of unhealthy stuff because of Easter and gained like 3kg😭 Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ Day 15: ✅ still no results Day 16: ✅ Day 16: ✅ I might be tripping, but my stomach does look a little flatter Day 17: ✅ Day 18: ✅ Day 19: ✅ Please remind me cause I’ll probably forget!

Я тестирую разные тренировки, и для вас я протестирую эту тоже 🎉 мой рост: 158 см мой вес: 51,8 кг желаемый результат: 47 кг 1 день: с легкостью справилась с тренировкой, так же покачала пресс и попу 2 день: сегодня чувствую себя плохо, поэтому сделала только 1 круг этих упражнений 3 день: сделала два круга + качала пресс 4 день: сделала три круга + качала попу 5 день: прошла 10к шагов, и сделала один круг 6 день: сделала два круга + пресс и попа ставь лайк, если интересен результат

doing this every day for two weeks ! (Like to remind me ) day 1: pretty easy , nothing challenging . I do feel my stomach tighter on Just day one so that’s pretty cool ! day 2: very easy today and didn’t take long but no difference from yesterday day 3: GUYS LIKE ACTULLY MY THIGHS LOOK THINNER AND ITS ONLY DAY THREE 😭😭 day 4: I think my thigh gap is getting more noticeable , im so happy ! day 5ish : SO I FORGOT ABOUT THIS PUT I DO SEE A DIFFERENCE day 6 : I’m getting back into it and it looks the same as day 5

Gotta give information everyday about this exercise 1st day - Nothing change but it was simple and interesting 2nd day - Was easy doing but body started to have little pain but still everything was great 👍 Sry got unwell for some days 3rd day- Still no Change , how peoples were seeing changes from day 3 4th day- Felt burning in stomach 5th day- Feel like I saw some changes 6th day- yeah really I saw some changes Like that I could write everyday

I started this workout some days ago. I'll keep you guys updated, I'll do this every day! Day 1: ✅ (It was hard for the first time) Day 2: ✅ (Didn't feel too good, my legs felt sore.) Day 3: ✅ (Did it twice today, it's a lot easier!) I also started a diet and started doing some other workouts. I'll keep track of my weight too. Current weight: 58kg.

Im going to do this workout for 2 weeks starting tomorrow. Before : Waist 31 inches ( ~78 cm) Hip: 37.5 inches ( 95.25 cm) Height : 5 ft 3 inch ( ~157 cm) Weight: did not measure. Im also on a diet. Nothing strict I just eat whatever I want but I portion it. Im also fasting 12-16 hours a day. Im also doing 10-30 minutes of cardio everyday along with this. Keep in mind I'm only doing this workout one time a day so my results will naturally be less drastic and slower than others. :) Day one : ✅ Very easy 20 mins of cardio Day two : ✅ Also very easy I did 30 minutes of cardio don't see much visible difference but I feel great k Day three: ❌ Wasn't feeling great didn't do Day 4: Did it felt good but I ate a lot if junk today. I did 15 minutes of cardio. Day 5: Felt great today, im going to take picture tomorrow to see if there is any change. I did 17 minutes of cardio. Day 6: I did this along with 15 minutes of HIIT/cardio. I took a picture and I don't see much of a difference, instead it looks like my tummy got bigger LOL. It's because I was very bloated. I will take a picture tomorrow on an empty stomach instead. Day 7:❌ Skipped I took a picture and compared to one of my old pics, I can definitely see a visible difference. My waist is definitely smaller and more defined than before 😌 so far so good. Also I have a break from school starting now so I don't have to do it in the afternoon anymore I can do it in the morning. Day 8: ✅ One week in!!! I did it and felt awesome after. I did about 22 minutes of cardio. Today's cardio was intense so I was very tired when doing this workout but I pushed through! I did eat A LOT today. i have a lot of free-time lately and when I'm bored I just eat lol it can get out of hand. I also didn't even fast today. But it's okay :) it's important to remember that one bad day doesn't mean you automatically fail. You have to get back up and pick up where you left off!!! Day 9: I did it! I also did 30 minutes of cardio and fasted for 15 hours. I'll measure myself on day 14 to see if there is any changes :) Day 10: Skipped :( i wasn't feeling motivated today Day 11: I did the workout today! I can't belive im almost there! this is the longest i've ever kept doing a workout for. Im proud of myself for that. :) Day 11: I ate A LOT of sweets today and was feeling very sluggish. I couldn't bring myself to workout today :( I feel so bad. :(
