I started doing it yesterday. Day 1: ✅ It was easy and relaxing. I also do Jisung's leg and abs training. Day 2: ✅ I'm doing a workout Leeknow and Han. After strength training, this is what you need. Day 3: ✅ Today my brother said that I am fat. I cried half the night 🙁 Day 4: ✅ I did it after hard training. So relaxing!! Day 5: ✅ It was easy, but the back kick made my legs burn Day 6: ✅ I am already seeing results!! I am very happy. Training was easy Day 7: ✅ done It was easy, but on the last exercise my hands were shaking and my legs hurt ‼️Results: I lost 1.2 kg of weight and about 2 cm from my legs. The gap between my legs has become bigger 😭❤️ BONUS!! I decided that I would do it for another week. L thigh: 48cm R thigh: 47cm Height: 158cm Weight: 42kg Day 8: ✅ Before that, I did han's leg workout. Day 9: ✅ It was tiring 😢 I want to add that I am starving (20-4). I try not to eat sweets, but I really like them, so sometimes I can afford them 😊 Day 10: ✅ It was easier than last time. I also ate a lot today, so I feel bad Day 11: ✅ I did it after 3 leg workouts. Then I plan to do 2 on the press Day 12: ✅ I did Kazuha's abs workout, Jisung's, Hikari's, and Hinafit's leg workouts. Day 13: ✅ It was harder than yesterday. After that, I'm going to do Kazuha's abs workout! Day 14: ✅ I did it. What can I say about this workout: it will work for everyone. It worked well for my legs and stretch marks. Also, my collarbones became more visible! For better results, I recommend doing it longer than a week. But I will do it for another month😊

02/01/24 empecé con los ejercicios, a decir verdad no son tan complicados, hay unos que otros que si complican al principio, llevare la rutina durante varios meses para ver los resultados. desenme suerte! 1- ☀️ holaaaaaa, si son muy buenos los resultados, de verdad ayudan mucho, se los recomiendo ayuda tanto para adelgazar como moldea tu cuerpo, también me tonifica

Voy hacer esto hasta octubre: Día 1- hice ejercicio de Jungkook x2 y hice ejercicio de pilates de Jennie ×1 (Desperté y me sentí muy adolorida) 😩 Día 2- hice ejercicio de calentamiento de Lisa x1, entrenamiento de Jungkook ×1 y pilates de Jennie ×1 [solo lo hice 1 vez porque me sentía muy adolorida] (al otro día desperté y me sentí incluso más adolorida que ayer) 😩 Día 3-hice ejercicio de calentamiento de Lisa x1, entrenamiento de Jungkook ×1 y pilates de Jennie ×1 [mi familia dijo "¿Por qué ya no se te ve tanto la panza?" Me sentí muy feliz] 😢❤
I started the workout the 06/05/2024 Height : 174cm (5"8) Weight : 66kg Goal : 55kg I will update every day ! - Day 1 🫧 -> My legs hurt a bit but overall it's great ! Day 2 🫧 -> Easier than yesterday. My legs burn but i like it ! The last exercise is so good ! Day 3 🫧 -> Didn't do it cuz I was traveling! Day 4 🫧 -> I didn't do it too because I'm in vacation but I've walked a lot during the day ! Day 5 🫧 -> I've walked a lot around 15k steps so I didn't do the workout Day 6 🫧 -> Same as day 4 & 5 Day 7 🫧 -> Same as day 4,5&6 1st Week Results : 🪼 Nothing cuz I wasn't consistent. Day 8 🫧 -> My legs burn but that's okay

🎀doing this for one week🎀 current weight: 50.2kg current height: 160cm day 1: it was pretty good tbh but my legs hurt a lil bit ! day 2: not bad tbh ! day 3: my legs still hurt a lil bit but its alr! day 4: done! day 5: i wasnt home all day so i didnt do it! day 6: i did it but bc i didnt do this yesterday im gonna do one more day! i also ate a lot of sweet today and yesterday so ig this workout won't change anything in me like my weight or smth! day 7: donee!! one more day to go! day 8: i did it!! current weight: 49.8kg current height: 160cm i didnt lost my weight bc this workout is not for losing weight its just a normal workout that you can do if you want to so dont think you can lose your weight so fast or smth ! if you want to loose your weight than you can do le sserafim workout ig !! also i didnt lost so much weight bc i wasnt eating so healvy everyday yk.. anyways thats it !🎀

okay so imma try this for 30 days. 💜 Day 1: was pretty good and i really enjoyed it.. i will do this two times a day( morning and night) including other workout videos Day 2: i did it easily 💜Fighting! 결과는 어떻습니까?
Я тоже решила сделать тренировки) по возможности буду записывать сюда результаты дня вес: 56.2 начало:04.11.2023 день 1: при первых 3-4 упражнениях ноги сильно тянули, далее стало легче и я справилась! день 2: сделала вечером тк утром времени не было вообще, сделала легко и быстро, даже не заметила как прошли 10 минут.(хотя до тренировки кушала фастфуд..) утренний вес: 55,9 день 3: почему-то сложно было сделать сегодняшнюю тренировку, но и со сложностями я справилась! утренний вес: 56.0 день 4: сложно, я проспала 1,5 часа так что и не удивительно. утоенний вес: 56.2😢 день пятый, сделала тренировку. в общем, не понравилось результат на шестой лень: 56.5 неудовлетворяет так что возвращаюсь к предыдущей залайкайте чтоб не забыла)

Я советую делать это перед тем, как приступать к основным тренировкам. Это как некая растяжка! И кстати посоветую делать упражнения на укрепление мышц тазового дна! 😅Попробуйте комбинировать тренировки. Советую тренировку от этой же девушки (хард уровень. Она вроде новая)
