I did it for a week and this is what I can say: the result for such a light workout is very good. I stopped feeling fat on my legs, that is, he literally disappeared. I also combine it with other workouts and dance different kpop choreography.
holiis estare haciendo estos ejercicios durante 1 o 2 meses (iba empezar el lunes pero se me complicó por temas de la prepa) así que hoy martes 23 de abril empiezo (voy a tratar de recordar que este comentario existe jsjsjs y les actualizo) Martes : ✓ Miércoles: ✓ por el momento solamente es un poco de dolor de abdomen. Jueves: ✓ voy bien y el dolor de abdomen poco a poco se va Viernes: ✓ lo hice muy noche ya que desperté muy tarde y estuve ocupada sábado: ✓ voy mejorando y ya no me duele el abdomen domingo: ✓ todo bien y los resultados son cada vez más notorios 29 de abril Lunes: ✓ ya la rutina ya no es tan pesada como antes igual me va bien Martes:✓ todo bien y los cambios son muy notorios 1mayo Miércoles:✓ olvide actualizar el comentario pero igual lo hice y ya no se complica tanto porque ya me acostumbré Jueves: ✓ todo bien (yo no como mucho así que probablemente note cambios rapidos y hare esta rutina junto con la de wonyoung de ive y otras rutinas que tengo guardadas porfis recuérdame para actualizar el comentario)

I did this routine for a month and maybe a little more, this is the routine that gave me the MOST results and in less time, without kidding, I saw results after a week of doing this routine 😭😭 (twice A DAY from Monday to Friday!!) my abdomen is much slimmer and even slightly marked, which is great because I don't want overly defined abs, really and sincerely recommend it 💗

@@hannicmiw hi!! I just saw your comment 😭 Well, that depends on you and your physical state, my resistance may be different from yours. I never tried Wony's routine but I'm currently still doing this routine, I really recommend this one

я буду делать эту тренировку неделю (я буду есть что захочу, но не много , утром буду пить воду с лимоном) сейчас я вешу 38.65 кг цель: 37 кг день 1: ✅я сделала все упражнения 1 раз, было легко, я немного устала, после тренировки я вешу 38.50 кг. я хочу сделать тренировку еще раз вечером день 2: ✅ я вешу 37.80 кг, я очень довольна. так же стараюсь пить больше воды

@@AngieHernandez-mc8wiRealmente no sabría responderte con certeza porque todavía no la empiezo. Pero creo que si te ayuda con la cintura, igual yo voy a juntar esta rutina con la de Wonyoung de IVE (Pilates) y de Hanni New Jeans, que esa si aplana el abdomen. 💗

@@AngieHernandez-mc8wi holiis, yo hago esta rutina hace ya como 8 meses, mis resultados son abdomen mas plano y ligeramente tonificado, empece haciendola dos veces al dia de lunes a viernes, actualmente deje de sobreexigirme tanto y la hago tres veces a la semana (junto a otras 4 rutinas mas). Me resulto bastante eficaz :3
I think that it would be worth doing the exercises not for 30 seconds, but for a minute. because it's more efficient
