i stumbled upon your channel a month ago or so and i've been in LOVE, i don't like big or heavy workouts in the morning, so an easy strech combined with some pilates time-to-time really helps me start my day, thank you hina!!

I will do this during the week. Day 1: ✅ (17:28) I did it, my legs hurt a little. But it's quite easy, maybe because I've been doing similar training for quite some time! Day 2: ✅ (16:09) Walked 9,000 steps and did this workout, for legs and back. I also plan to stretch kazuha and jihyo! Day 3: ✅ (07:57) I did this workout in the morning. It was harder than yesterday. Most likely, I overdid it.. but I will do it all the time. I do not notice great results Day 4: ✅ (11:56) I did it. My legs hurt a lot. I don't see any big changes, but my legs have tightened up Day 5: ✅ (07:46) This time my legs hurt more than last time. I still don't see much change.. I think it's because I've been doing sports for a long time.. but I'll keep trying until the end Day 6: ✅ (15:08) My legs hurt so much.. Before that, I did Pilates from Lidia Map. I walked 7700 steps Day 7: ❌ I walked 6 thousand steps, but I'm a little tired. I'm currently watching Jisung's broadcast 🎉 Results: I lost 1 cm in my legs, and my buttocks tightened. This workout is suitable for beginners or for morning exercise. Take care, you'll be fine!

I will do this during week. Day 1✔️ My back and legs hurt but it's okay, I can do it! What I ate today; I drank 2 bowls of soup in the morning. And I ate a salad for dinner. I drank 2 liters of water and I eat 1800kl chocolate. I hope I will get a good result✊ Edit: I forgot to edit!! I really lost weight. I applied it for 2 weeks and lost 5 kilos. I'm sure you'll achieve more successful results if you follow it along with your diet. I made sure that the food I ate did not exceed 2000 calories after the first 3 days, and you can do the same too! ❤

اكيد اذا تسوين كل يوم راح تلاحظين انو في نتيجة...سويها لمدة أسبوع لو شهر حسب الي تريدينه.. ⚠️ وضروري اول ما تصحين الصبح لان يجيب نتيجة اسرع وينشط الدورة الدموية وينشط جسمك⚠️

@@Z_X_38 لا المفروض نبدا بفطور خفيف مره زي قهوه والاصح مويه حاره على الريق تنحف وبعدين نسوي التمارين وبعد التمارين نكمل اكل فطور لان مفعول الرياضه يبدا قبل الاكل اللي بناكله وقبل العشاء نسوي التمارين مع احماء وتمدد حق ليسا ولمى نتعشا بعدها بثلاث ساعات ننام عشان لما تقوم وهي نشيطه ما يوجعها جسمها ومع المويه اقل شيء على الاقل لتر مويه وطبعًا مع الحميه اللي نرتاح بها والنوم مبكر يعني من الساعه ٩ الى ١١ الليل وبعد نشتغل على الاشياء ما تتأجل الاشياء المهمه زي غسيل الملابس والحركه اكثر واشغال البيت اللي تقدرين عليه والسباح بالماء البارد بعد التمارين مره خطا لازم ماء دافي وادعولي في اختباراتي ولكم بالمثل 🤍
