I'll be doing this 8 times in a day for 5 days while -drinking lots of water -eating less/no snacks -doing other workouts once Starting weight : 44.4kg Day 1 - ✅ I am doing all of them seperately throughout the day btw (when I wake up, before I sleep, before meals, during free time) It's not as difficult as you'd think, plus it's only 10 mins everytime.
