The price of the flat they demand is Rs.8000/- per sq.ft. plus monthly maintenance charges with a lock-in period of 10 years (may be with their own conditions). I felt that this price is exorbitantly high considering that the property is not a freehold one and may be lease hold for limited period and also that only 80% of the cost is returnable after lock-in period. This seems a purely highly business enterprise.
