Need to follow this one up with enter sandman live from teatro to see how they have transformed this song into their own. It’s amazing. I was just at their show in Toronto a few days ago and Ale took lead on 2 songs to spell Dany. All 3 of them are so talented.

When they started playing together they envisioned calling their first album The Warning, but didn’t have a band name yet. They entered some kind of Battle of the Bands contest at school and had to come up with a name, so they just picked The Warning on the spur of the moment. The rest is history. 😎👍

Nine years on, they are now 18, 21, and 23. They became The Warning in December of 2013 for their first performance before an audience consisting mostly of family and friends. They performed four covers, covering Muse, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, and Guns N' Roses. All are available on their channel. FUN FACT: They have since opened for Guns N' Roses and Muse.

They were 14, 12, and 9 in this video. they were just learning songs and uploading the videos to YT to share with their grandparents because the file was too big to email. They day they filmed this Ale and Pau were rehearsing their parts while Dany was practicing her James Hetfield scowl in the mirror. The name The Warning came about when they were in a battle of the bands type of show before this was recorded and they were the only band there without a name. They had talked at that time about having their first album and calling it The Warning. So after discussing a couple of other ideas they decided to just use The Warning as their band name for that show just as a temporary name, but then this blew up and they figured they were stuck with it. They have grown to love the name for their though. TWA, I'm drawing a blank on what the other frontrunner name was at the time, fill in with a reply please. It is still a family affair to this day. Their parents are out on tour with them now and part of the management structure they have in place. They are seriously the most down to Earth and likeable family you will ever encounter which makes being a fan of theirs even that much more rewarding because you're supporting genuinely good people pursuing their dreams.

Wondering if Ale was thinking about the German metal band Scorpions & their 1982 album *Blackout.* That was a breakout album for the Scorps.

What separates them from other child prodigies or talented musicians (in general) is their songwriting. There's tons of great technical musicians out there. There may even be some that were as talented if not more talented than they were at an early age. But not many artists can write like them, that's what makes them special.

Before they discovered Rock Band they'd already started to become serious musicians, with classical training on piano from very early ages

Hey Guys!! It didn't just start with the video game Rock Band. All 3 had been playing classical piano since basically kindergarten age. Then came Rock Band. Then their parents let each of them pick an instrument to learn other than piano. They each picked the instruments they have now. Soon after, their teachers challenged them to start writing their own songs. Their first EP, "Escape The Mind" (ETM for short) was the result. The blow up virally of this Enter Sandman cover got them noticed and on the Ellen show, where they were each given $10k checks to pay for them to attend the teen summer program at Berklee School of Music in Boston. Over the next few years they played many gigs and independently produced two full length albums: "XXI Century Blood" (XXICB) 2017, and "Queen of the Murder Scene" (QOTMS) 2018. During this time they also opened for major bands like Def Leppard and The Killers, and played famous venues like The Whiskey-a-Go-Go. Then in early 2020, they were getting ready to record their third album and tour the USA when the pandemic hit, during which they were signed with Lava/Republic Records, in July 2020, as the first ever Latin American band to sign directly with a US major label! Since they could not tour, they went in the studio (in New Jersey) and recorded their third album in the fall of 2020, with legendary producer David Bendeth. They could not tour for 2 more years, so they released the first half of the album as the EP, "Mayday", probably to keep their fans happy, and to keep releasing music. Then in summer of 2022 they released the entire album, "Error", when they could finally go out and tour heavily to support it. (They played 100 shows in 2022). They are currently finishing dates in Canada and the USA, and will be playing more dates in Mexico and South America in the fall and Winter as well as playing on a major Rock and Rock Cruise called "Shiprocked" in February.. They are also rumored to be ready to record their fourth album soon!!

Because of this Video The Warning were Invited to Appear on the Ellen Show where they played an Edited version of Ozzy's Crazy Train so that that Ellen could interview them, and she told them she heard that they wanted to go Music College in Boston at The Berklee College of Music so Ellen along with Target gave each girl $10,000 to Attend the College, and while in Boston the Company that make the Video Game Rock Band are in Boston and heard of these girl and invited them to take a tour of their company and at the end of the tour they showed them their Latest Rock Band, Rock Band IV and they started playing the video and they they showed The Warning a song on the game and it was Their Song from their EP Escape The Mind the song is Free Falling.

The Warnings remake is song #1 on Album #1 of 14 albums that make up the 30th anniversary of The black album called the black list album. It's a must watch.

Now go check out their reimagined version of this song live at the Teatro Metropolitan CDMX. Metallica invited them and Alessia Cara to do what ever they wanted to this song but stay true to the lyrics (correct me i im wrong TWA) and they only had a week or two to record it. Well, they did and it will blow your mind. I love the Official Music Video but the live is my FAVORITE by far!

You guys are going to have fun. The Warning’s rabbit hole is a rewarding experience you may never want to crawl out of. Not going to blast you with more recommendations, you’ve got plenty here to keep you going, but I’ll be watching every one.

When they first started playing together (Fall of 2012) they had a dream to eventually make an album and were going to call it "The Warning". Fast forward to December 2013 when they hosted a "Battle of the Bands" (I think consisting of boys from the all-boy complement to their all-girl private school) and found that the other bands had names so they spent days trying to figure out what to call themselves and eventually just decided to use the name of their dream album.

I like to compare this to a superhero origin story. This video is what got the girls started as 'The Warning' but there is so much more to see and learn about them. This band is unique in that no other band before has been documented as much as they have. From piano recitals (before they were 8 years old) to individual lessons on their instruments, there are vidoe clips all the way to their most recent concert a few days ago. You should check out their journey. They have vlogs on their early progress, documentaries on their evolution as a band. Even if you just watched their official music videos in chronological order, you can actually see how they progress and grow as individuals and as a band. There is so much to explore if you go down this rabbit hole. I would suggest you follow this video with the OMV of their remake of Enter Sandman which is part of Metallica's "Black List" album. You could make it a double reaction by following it with the live performance from Teatro Metropolitan (around Nov. 2022) to see how they perform it live. It's heavier live compared to the MV.

Great reaction. As others mentioned they all started playing classical piano. They all still play piano and they say Ale is the best piano player in the family. Since you are looking at covers, you could watch Pau (Pow!) play piano and cover Radiohead's Creep. Or for early music Black Holes at the Dakota Bar.

You have to watch the official videonof their remake of this song with Alessia Cara. Then watch the Teatro version so you don't get confused about who's doing the background. James said the Pau was awesome.

You are on track and have done your homework... I would suggest, for your show style, that you do a couple of their documentary type videos where they talk about how they came to be. Their aftershow movies and vlogs are so much still teens sister stuff. Watching them hear that they were going to open for Muse and "loosing it" is so obviously what you would expect from girls that are not self absorbed. The Warning Army is an excellent fan base and you will get a massive input from them... all nice. Take Care David

❤do the trifecta 2ndvus the reimagined version of this thry did for Metallica's Blacklist album offical video. They were told make it their own but dint change the lyrics. Then do live at Teatro Metropolitan center which is 100% bad ass. In this video thry are 14 12 and 9. Ale has been a Spector premier bassist since 14 or 15. Theres a video of pau drumming at 9 where she had to do it tice since iver head camera wasnt in for the first time she did a perfect octopus while playing which is not easy to do. Danny practice her angry face for this. Theres also a documentary on here. And their dad noticed that Ale had significant talent for the drums. His pride is heart warming and very obvious. Now aside from The Warning who I live love live theres another sibling band from LA called Liliac. 5 siblings rock out check out their crazy train cover on santa Monica pier video and master of puppets official cover video.They do impressive spot on covers and some great original work. Melody has a extremely good and totally unique voice. Keep rocking!💜😎🎯👍

This is one of my two favorite music artists. I just saw them in concert last week in Boston! Please check out my other favorite who also has a tremendous backstory and started extremely young. Angelina Jordan from Norway. She has over 200 performances on KZread and won Norway's got talent when she was 8.

Paulina was the first name I learned from the band. She's Pau, like POW POW, which is what she does on the drums.

Check out the girls new version of Enter Sandman which they done for the Metallica Blacklist album, it's a masterpiece. Metallica told them to make the song their own and that is just what they did. As I understand it they had a band but no name. They entered A local battle of the bands contest. They were the only band without a name. So the Warning name was born. They had been thinking of an album called the Warning. The name stuck.

IMO, Ale is the most talented overall musician of the 3 and that’s saying something because Pau is, dare I say, a world class drummer and Dany is an accomplished guitarist and an tremendous vocalist. Ale has been analyzed to play with around 99% note accuracy when they play live. She seldom makes a mistake. Ale, as mentioned, is considered the best piano player amongst the sisters and is recognized as having perfect pitch recognition and is a human metronome so accurate in her playing and timing that the band could play off of her if they didn’t have their click track. Pau plays to Ale when usually the bass player plays to the drummer. Ale plays equally as well with her fingers or a pick. She claims she has even better timing with a pick and will switch between the two during a song. Vocally, Ale is the least developed because she doesn’t really like the attention of singing lead but attention just naturally follows her due to her thunderous bass tone and striking presence onstage. She has a beautiful falsetto in her upper register and a sultry lower register that if she ever choses to train her voice more, she would likely rival her sisters in vocal prowess. Ale’s pretty damn amazing and that certainly doesn’t detract from the talent and brilliance of her sisters who are exceptionally talented in their own right. Funny thing is that if I was forced to pick a favorite, Dany would have the tiniest edge due to just Dany being Dany but I don’t have to and all 3 sisters are my “favorite”. Don't know if this is true or not, but I heard that Pau and Ale were pissed at Dany because instead of rehearsing, she was practicing her stank face for a a day or two before they played. In the Warning Cave, the front wall (where all of them face, and the camera is right up against) is a mirror wall, so when they are staring forward, they can all see each other. Anyway, Ale says "Dany was angry at the mirror."

I believe in an interview The Warning at this time they didn't have a name for the band. They were going to a interview or to play for something and were asked what their band name is. Ale seeing the exit sign said The Warning. I could be wrong about this. I'm sure TWA will correct me on this. 👏👏👏⚡⚡⚡🤘🤘🤘

Japanese girl-band SCANDAL were tasked to play at a function soon after they formed and went through the same process of quickly trying to figure out a band name. They eventual settled on the biggest neon sign outside the doorway to their upstairs practice studio. The lower floors were occupied by adult-themed establishents, hence the sign named "SCANDAL", and some of the other neon signs said "Peach Club" and "Nurse Academy".

The Warning name was a rush decision at a music contest. It then just stuck.
