Also note that this is their second language. Check out the Enter Sandman collaboration with Alessia Cara for the Metallica Blacklist album they just released. Since back then they have released an EP, two studio albums, a single... Then this year they are slowly releasing songs from their 3rd album. As noted they are on the Blacklist album and are scheduled to open for the Foo Fighters in November. They are also on the roster for the Daytona rock festival a week later and sold out 2 shows at the Troubadour in Los Angeles in January of 2022. Their 2020 North America tour was canceled like with a lot of bands so they negotiated a deal with Lava Records and traveled to New Jersey to record their 3rd studio album. This one with David Bendeth as the producer. At least before the pandemic shut things down they had finished a South American tour with the band Eruca Sativa, sold out 2 consecutive nights at the Whisky a GoGo and a couple of nights at the Mercury Lounge in New York.

The Warning are three sisters that started making music very young Alejandra (Ale = Aleh, not the beer. Bass, backing vocals and keyboard, the youngest- 16 as of March 2021) and Paulina (Pau = Pow. Drums, backing/lead vocals and keyboard, middle sister 19 as of March 2021) at 3 and Daniela (Dany = Dany. Guitar, lead vocals and keyboard, the oldest 21 as of March 2021) 5, all learning classical piano. They got the video game Rock Band and fell in love with the feeling of performing on other instruments. Their father asked if they wanted to learn another instrument and the girls jumped at the opportunity and gravitated to the instruments they played in Rock Band. They had been uploading their musical journey to KZread for their family to see and had wanted to try and play music together as a band around 2012 and started rehearsed for a small performance for their school xmas show. Well They loved the experience so much they began learning and playing cover songs of hard rock and metal bands. One song in particular shot them into the limelight. That song, "Enter Sandman" by Metallica had gone viral (currently over 22 000 000 views) and had gotten the attention of Metallica, Dee Snyder and The Ellen Show! The Warning wrote, composed and recorded an EP called Escape the Mind in 2015 to experience that whole process and to determine what type of music they liked to make... Thankfully they chose Rock/Hard Rock! Ellen Degeneres invited the band to play live on her show, to which they accepted and played "Crazy Train" by Ozzy Osbourne, after the performance Ellen and Target awarded the sisters $10,000 each to attend Berklee School of Music in Boston, Ma. USA. They performed a number of small and large shows afterward and began writing and composing new material for their first full length album "XXI Century Blood" in 2017. They supported this album with some very high profile gigs like opening for Def Leppard and separately The Killers for two shows each in Mexico. Also following other large rock bands in a couple music festivals. In 2018 they wrote and recorded "Queen of the Murder Scene" and released it in November of that year and have toured Mexico and South American venues. In June of 2019 they released a single, "Narcisista". A scathing rebuke of their Mexican critics that had accused the band of being "Malinchista" a Mexican term used to call out cultural traitors, because the group has only recorded English language songs. Well this song is in Spanish and it is full of attitude and angst fired toward those critics. Paulina piped up and said The Warning would rather play in front of 12 if it meant they would keep their integrity and could play the music they want to play, how they want to play... So after a very successful Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for a North American tour and to record a new album achieving their goal within 24 hours and surpassing that goal by 600%. Unfortunately the Covid-19 Pandemic forced the band to cancel their tour plans and postpone making their album. Their last live show before the global lockdown was March 14 2020 at the Vive Latino 2020 Festival in Mexico City.This did not stop The Warning from performing though, they played a full concert set from their basement studio/rehearsal space for free for their fans on KZread and Facebook achieving well over 50,000 simultaneous viewers on March 25, 2020. They have since performed from The Warning Cave couple more times including for the city of Brownsville, Tx. for the Fourth of July virtual celebration and later in the summer for a charity event with rock legends like Slash and Ringo Star. On August 9th 2020 The Warning announced to their Patreon community that after seven long months of negotiations they had signed a five record deal with Lava Records, a label under the Republic Records and Universal Music family. During the announcement they reiterated their dedication to their own creative integrity and dedicated fans on Patreon and were able to retain both in their record contract with Lava. In Sept of 2020 The Warning traveled to New Jersey, USA to begin rehearsal and eventually recording of their third album. They just released a version of enter sandman in collaboration with Alessia Cara (who invited the warning to join her in this project) to do a cover of one the songs of the Black album of Metallica for their blacklist project You have to check it... 7 Years of hard work and that's what happens.

You will be surprised at how they have evolved.

Classic Metallica song, the one that got the Warning noticed. Their current version of this song done by them & Alessia Cara is an epic and amazing re-made masterpiece. I highly recommend reacting to that one. FYI, Oct. 8th they will be releasing a 6 song EP titled "Mayday", so look for that one.

Nice reaction! One thing with The Warning is that you will not find a bad song, of their originals. Start from their first EP Escape The Mind, then their 1st LP XXI Century Blood, then their 2nd LP Queen of The Murder Scene, all of that as an independent band; then as signed by Lava Records their singles Choke and Evolve, and they are preparing their EP May Day and their recent work with Canadian pop singer Alesia Cara their version of Enter Sandman which is part of the Metallica Black Album.

Their latest song Evolution shows how far they have come since this cover. I love Pau the drummer, she really sings well too!

This performance is jaw-dropping and so is their musical journey. An EP, two LPs and a soon to be released third LP, a just released ES cover for the Blacklist album and they, amazingly, continue to out-due themselves!

Thank you for starting at the beginning. You have a lot to view. The took this song and tore it apart along with Alessia Cara and made it a completely new song although its not their song they have made it theirs. To see where they are now you need to view Choke and Evolve, but the real show stopper would be Dust to Dust with the drummer taking lead vocals also while pounding on the drums as a vocal coach you will appreciate the skill and effort required.

So glad that a reactor has noticed Ale's note-perfect playing. She has always been overshadowed on this because the other two are more flamboyant, but take note that she had only been playing bass for under three years.

The 2021 rendition of Enter The Sandman by The Warning and Alessia Cara, it's out of this world, they rip the song apart and the new version you have got to hear.... the song it's part of the Black list, put our by Metallica, with 53 different artists, doing a song from the Black Album 30th anniversary.... also the song was pick up by Marble for one of their super heroes games, and Fox Sport also pick it up to play for their introduction...

There is so much more to see and here from them. You will love them. Covers fo The Pretender or Atlas Rise are great. Originals: Survive, Dull Knives, Dust to Dust, Black Holes and Crimson Queen, just to name a few. If you want to see this today, then their newest singles from their upcoming 3rd album Choke and also Evolve are amazing. Also, the very latest contribution to the Metallic Blacklist album of Enter Sandman is amazing and very different.

Greetings from Fresno, California, USA. Like most bands,The Warning started out by playing covers of their favorite songs and bands. But the Villarreal sisters are amazing songwriters and performers. Each one of their original songs is a banger. Their second album, "Queen of the Murder Scene", is a concept album. It follows a girl's journey into unrequited love; from infatuation and obsession on into stalking and murder, then madness and... It is a masterpiece. It was nominated for Best Rock Album at the 2019 Independent Music Awards. Their 1st full-length LP, "XXI Century Blood", is also very good and is packed with many great songs. The video for the title track, "XXI Century Blood", was nominated for and won many awards. Their very 1st released recordings are from their 6 song EP, "Escape the Mind"; and it is amazing. Despite being courted by numerous offers from many major record labels, The Warning have stayed independent through the years; relying on crowd funding to finance their projects. They refused to give up creative control over their material ... down to even the clothes they wear on stage. After 7 months of negotiations, The Warning signed a 5 album recording contract with Lava/Republic Records/Universal Music Group last fall. We are all patiently awaiting their 3rd album release. The Warning do not come from a family of musicians, however, their parents are huge fans of classic rock. Both parents are professionals (civil engineer and dentist) and they enrolled their daughters into a private Catholic English speaking school Liceo de Monterrey, Mexico. They also started the girls with classical piano lessons at ages 6, 4 and 5 years old. Regular family functions included gathering around the TV with popcorn and watching LIVE concert dvds of legendary bands like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Queen and AC/DC. When their parents got them the video game Rock Band at ages 8, 6 and 3, they went nuts playing it obsessively. A year or so later, they got "real" instruments with lessons from professional teachers: and the rest is history. Amazing they are 21, 19 and 16 years old and have already written and arranged #44 original songs all by themselves! The oldest, Dany (Daniela) plays guitar, keyboards, lead vocals on 75% of their songs, backing harmonies. Pau (Paulina) plays drums, keyboards, lead vocals on 25% of their songs, backing harmonies. Ale` (Alejandra) plays bass, keyboards, backing harmonies. The drummer Pau writes around 75% of their songs. In her songs, she starts with a concept, then works on chord progressions and basic song structure on piano while adding lyrics. She then brings it before her sisters and together they transpose each individual instrument's part; making changes along the way. All 3 must unanimously approve of each instrument's part and each vocal harmony before it becomes a completed song. Nothing is set in stone until it makes it through the gauntlet. Pau has said if not for her sisters, her songs would be different. Both Dany and Ale` write equally great songs; just not as many. I was fortunate enough to get to meet them after their show January 16th, 2020 at The Whisky a Go-Go in Hollywood, California. Aside from their music, they are just normal, sweet, intelligent, and fun-loving young ladies who are truely grateful and endearing to their fans. They were asked to be part of Metallica's new "Blacklist" album celebrating the 30th anniversary of their "Black" album. In one week, The Warning arranged, recorded, and shot the video for a revamped "Enter the Sandman" for the album. Chris That Tedx performance of Survive is what began my The Warning journey. It might j's ust be me but for some reason everytime I hear Pau sing her part on that song I picture some 1950's house wife on an old sitcom. Those that were always fussing at the husbands for being lazy no account

This is a great great band that's in the process of releasing their third album via singles and an upcoming EP. You are right that there are no hiding with these sisters! There are so many live concert footage that I encourage you to explore. Their second album Queen of the Murder Scene was amazing and independently produced through crowd source funding - all song writing came from the sisters. They are insanely talented and yet from their social media shares and vlogs - very down to earth individuals with wicked infectious humor: Poor Dany having to sometimes carrel her two younger siblings to get through their vlogs! You should know that The Warning is currently an incredible Rock band. A lot has happened from this video to today and you should take a look at his discography and latest releases. You will take big surprises but! Warning! They are highly addictive. Cool reaction!

Great reaction! I love your enthusiasm. I would say that you have definitely been Warned! :) I must say that I cannot identify an individual favorite The Warning song, as they are all my favorites. I can, however, suggest a few performances any and all of which you will enjoy. Performed at their school, Liceo de Monterrey, around June of 2015, there is "Escape the Mind", which is the title track to their debut EP, featuring Paulina on keys. They absolutely kill it on "Exterminated" from their first LP, live at Dakota Bar in 2018. Then, there is their entire concept album, _Queen of the Murder Scene._ It is best experienced, each song in order, as it is a rock novel, starting with the Prologue, "Dust to Dust" as performed at Lunario CDMX. Or, we can take one huge leap to the present day with The Warning's collaboration with Canadian pop singer and Grammy winner Alessia Cara, in the music video of their re-interpretation of "Enter Sandman" recorded for inclusion (Track 1!) on _Metallica's Blacklist_ album. When I first saw this back in 17, I was amazed! I was thrilled by Ale, you're right very adorable, and amazing being just nine years old. But, this year I found out Ale was playing the baseline to Hysteria by Muse since she was just EIGHT years old! And, I was like, OH, well SHIT! LOL

That was a great bit of commentary on your part. I think you get it. You are at the beginning of an awesome journey from talented cutie-pies to the epic badassery that they have nowadays. Their stage presence is outstanding as a band, they are incapable of putting out a bad performance. If you really want to see Dany and Pau shine as singers, try anything with Pau and a piano or Dany's midnight shows. Ale can sing, but that isn't her main focus as a band member at this time. I can't wait to see more reactions/ reviews of The Warning on this channel. 👍⚡

For the band perhaps, but not for their musical achievements. For me, it started 1,5 years before they released the first Enter Sandman. 😉

They just dropped a new cover of this song for the Metallica Blacklist album, joined by Alessia Cara. A completely different interpretation of the song. You will not be disappointed. For an unusual suggestion, you might want to watch Paulina's (the drummer) cover of Radiohead's "Creep". Their recent releases include "Choke" and "Evolve". It was no "gimmick". It was 3 sisters who wanted to be rock stars. They have succeeded. For my taste, I would much rather listen to their music as any of the bands you mentioned.

@@clivematthews5296 I'm not sure what "democracy" has to do with it. I'm not aware of any government that is shoving a certain group down their citizens' faces, and I'm not sure it's a "choice". I don't think we choose to like the music we do. It's just something that happens. If what you are saying, though is that we are all different and that we all have different musical tastes then of course you are correct. I just take issue with your objective "better" in a very subjective subject.

@@markbell4982 I guess by better I mean more accomplished as musicians. The level of ability on their instruments is good but not exceptional. Many of the musicians I quoted are classically trained to a much higher level as is self evident. Whether you like their music is your personal choice but doesn't make them any better as musicians.
