    Dude huge shoutout! I bought a TMF chain kit for my 2015 FXDL and wasnt about to drop $90/hour at my local bike shop so this vid was on point. After watching both parts for like a week I was able to bust it out in a day, so keep doin what your doin🤙

    Check this boys! Only Honda shop within walking growing up so had the 50, 90, 150, 160, 250, then in 71' buy huge 750cb, haha. Met friend Frank an Honda shop, met Browne. Get call from Mr. Honda in Japan! He ask to borrow my bike an build 100cc over piston system from company in Bend Oregon, so I gave me Honda my bike! Cool!

    Great video , I will definitely use this during my conversion . Only thing is when your using a torque wrench you should not torque twice as it will not be truly torqued

    I am thinking about going with chain drive on my 20 m8 low rider s and this is first time that i ll be owning a chain drive vs belt drive. Would this significantly increase my torque on my bike? Is it worth to converting?

    Something else about those inner primary bolts. You shouldn't reuse the original bolts. From what I've been told by a Harley Davidson instructor at MMI the threads are designed to expand when torqued. So new inner primary bolts are suggested. But great video overall, liking the channel a lot. Keep it up guys!

    LatterDayBiker have you ever seen the memes about one time use self locking nuts? But, I do appreciate the feedback the second dyna I did the conversion on their kit came with new bolts. it’s something I’ll recommend from now on but I’m at atleast 6k miles and haven’t had any issues cross my fingers. Haha

    @@dynademos no I haven't, I'll have to look into it. From what I've heard you should be ok to reuse them once. It's just something that's taught at MMI and what dealerships will do. I'm sure you're solid!

    The clutch adjustment screw won’t turn if you get the set screw finger tight no special tool necessary. You can mark it just to make sure but it doesn’t move.

    Notice the lights in between forks how the lighting at night? How much more lighting on the ground ? In feet?

    Maybe 50 feet or so when you’re rolling on the highway definitely helps avoid stuff in the road

    Eladio Velez both 2016s and I don’t think there is any difference between years if I’m not mistaken there is a slight difference between ones made in Cali and other states but only emission wise.

    where can i get the supersprox wheel spacer. the kit i have the sprocket is to narrow and has a ton of side to side play on the chain. i have a supersprox sprocket just need the spacer. i checked tmf cycles already. Any help is appreciated.

    I believe the spacer they have is made in house but not sold seperate I’d call them and ask directly

    what keeps the axle adjusters from coming loose? my chain seems to loosen up after not many miles. if I torque the adjusters to the 120inlb the manual calls for it tightens the chain too much. appreciate any input. yes I'm torquing the axle nut first.

    I get my chain to the tension I want using the axle adjusters throw on a little loctite I don’t use a tq wrench for that after that I tq that axle nut. Haven’t had any issues dude!

    I just traded my 2017 Iron 883 for a 2016 dyna low rider s a few weeks ago.. What is the benefit to the chain conversion? I notice a ton of dyna riders do it. But I'm just an average dyna guy, not doing wheelies or stuntin lol

    Excellent vid.. just don't use red loc-tight on anything except the compensator nut, clutch nut, main sprocket nut. Blue loc-tight is good enough for everything else.

    You’re definitely supposed to use red loctite on rear sprocket. All the torque on that bad boy it’s red loctite all day that’s from the pros.

    Pros can handle higher torque builds. Lose less torque to the rear wheel because chains don’t stretch. Many think they look better. Easier to replace a broke chain then a broke belt. Cons expensive, maintenance upkeep is more than a belt this isn’t for everyone if u don’t know how to or care to do general maintenance on the chain I wouldn’t recommend it

    I've seen something else as in once torxed down, do Not retorx again as you did. As this changes for tighter. Also there is study on bolt torx differences with using bolt lube compared to torx dry when no locktite! An the forward primary nut torx is larger than standard torch wrench at 250+lbs. Created problem torxing finished up build! Tim p.s. I'm hearing, "once you hear click your done, move on!" p.s. did you say 90° but adjust couch 180°? Check vid!

    Tim Barnett some of your comment confused me if u click a torq wrench it doesn’t matter as long as you don’t keep pushing after you hear the click. If u meant don’t reuse the big torx bolt Harley will tell u not to but in all reality it will be fine . We used loctite when it told us to in the manual

    dynademos multi clicks don't effect but I'm not hearing that because you put more trox on bolt to get that second click. Keep hearing one click an your done do research! Love your work an video not putting anyone down but that's what I do research!

    You don’t really. Making sure u are cleaning your chain regularly. I wouldn’t recommend blasting a pressure washer in there

    Rule number one of chain and sprockets is ALWAYS use steel sprockets front and rear, and the best 530 D.I.D chain you can afford. I find this kit you guys used highly suspect with an aluminum rear sprocket. Do a 10k review please.

    never ever oil an o-ring chain. it will attract dirt and grime. use chain wax. an o-ring chain is internally lubed and the point of the o-rings is to protect said lube. great vid otherwise
