Drinking 1 Glass of THIS Fixes Fatty Liver in 2 WEEKS!

Did you know that skinny people have more fatty liver problems than overweight people? Luckily, there are natural remedies that you can get from food.
In this video, I go over why you should take care of your liver, and how 1 drink can remove fat from your liver in as little as 2 weeks.
Liver health isn’t something that many people think of. From nights of drinking to days of overeating, our liver can get bogged down from how we treat it.
Luckily, by taking one drink, you can reduce the amount of fat built up inside your liver by almost 50%.
Not only will this drink help reduce the fat in your liver, but lowering your carbohydrate intake will help you lose weight. This will benefit your overall health and give you more energy throughout the day.

I had a fatty liver - due to eating way too much sugar, although I only had minimal to moderate alcohol intake. I lost 30 lbs, cut out 95% sugar, and reduced carbs as much a possible. My Dr. was surprised that I was able to completely turn my liver health around (verified by a follow-up ultrasound). He said - most people don't put in the effort to get healthy.

How long between your diagnosis and your follow up did you get these results? For me, my follow up is two months after my diagnosis. I'm on week 6 of intermittent fasting + low carb & near-zero sugar since my diagnosis and my follow up is in a couple of weeks.

@@darkglass3011 Hi. I would say it was about a year between diagnosis and follow-up. I was never a really heavy person, used to run a lot and only occasionally consumed alcohol. I did have about 20 lbs of fat from consuming too much sugary foods like Ice Cream, chocolate, sodas, etc. I did the intermittent fasting to drop the weight quickly (one of the best things to do for a fatty liver from my research), and of course cut out all alcohol, and almost all sugar and most simple carbs (100% is hard). I also avoid unhealthy oils (Omega 6s - which can lead to inflammation) - only go with quality olive oil and avocado oil (healthy fats). I eliminated my slightly high blood pressure, reduced my cholesterol levels well into the healthy range, and started to reverse my insulin resistance (my A1C was creeping into the pre-diabetic range). Amazing what a re-tooling of the diet can do for one's health. Good luck on your journey - I would be curious to hear your success story!

I have been doing a lemon cleansing drink every morning for 18 years and feel great. Fresh squeezed lemon, 1 tbs of apple cider vinegar in a pint of filtered water and a dab of liquid stevia. With it I fill an empty veggie cap with 2 drops of clove and 10 drops of lemon medical grade essential oils. Clove oil is the highest antioxidant ever measured and lemon oil keeps the liver clean. My 92 year old Mom did the same, stayed healthy and sharp until she decided to consciously move on in a very short amount of time. She stayed away from vaccines and medications, ate healthy, played jazz piano among many skills and never had much pain to speak of.

I once called a Chinese doctor who specializes in herbal remedies. I asked him about milk thistle. He said it helps, but you don't use just one herb. He went on to say, "Think of it like this.. You would not send 1 soldier to fight a war. They would lose the war very quickly. Instead, you send many soldiers, and together, they will win. So, you need more than just 1 herb. You need many that work together. " Best analogy ever.

I've stopped drinking and started eating alot more fruits and veggies. I avoid carbs and eat more of a palio diet now. Currently in calorie deficit to help shrink the liver. Just be aware fruit is carbohydrates ie fructose ,which turns straight to fat in the blood. Our fruit today is not what it used to be, choose berries if you have to have fruit. more meat and animal fats will adapt you to fat burning mode and help your liver. Electrolytes are important as well, just don't choose the proprietary commercial ones ie gatorade etc. I make my own - sparkling mineral water, himalayan or Celtic sea salt and lemon or lime juice.

It speeds up the production of glutathione which cannot be taken as a supplement because the digestive system will break it down. It's interesting how different things work for different people. Plant based is the cause of many peoples health issues and many people, usually ex plant based, have fixed many of their health issues, including fatty liver, by going carnivore. Personally I'm not sure what works best for me yet, but plant based is definitely harder on me that meat based. I think I have an issue with whatever I eat though, so I'm just trying to find the lesser evil atm. A life mostly eating processed foods really did a number on me

But how do you know the liver issues aren't a result of being plant based and just built up to that point when you had switched to keto carnivore? Health issues can take a long time to develop. Dr. Ken Berry has stated very clearly that keto will reverse fatty liver within a few weeks.

@@w1975b not arguing anything someone said. I have been plant based since high school. I am 41 years old now. I had multiple ultrasound, never had issues with liver. I had an ultrasound right before I went to carnivore-ish diet, meat, cucumber, avocado. I did it to improve my gi symptoms. Unfortunately it has not resolved any of my issues besides bloating getting slightly better, like a yo-yo. Then I go for my yearly check up after being on a diet for a year, my liver enzymes are high. Then I go for ultrasound and get diagnosed with non alcoholic fatty liver. So to me it is quite clear, for years I did not have anything wrong with liver and after a year of this diet my cholesterol is very high. And problems with liver. I guess this diet is not for me. Back to plant based. I feel better, no fatigue after eating. Waiting to see if my ultrasound results get better in 6 months.

I had blood work done at the end of February and was shocked by the changes since last year. I haven't seen my doctor again yet to discuss the findings, but messaged him to recommend a hepatic specialist. This is what I utilize allopathic medical doctors for... primarily lab work. Not sure what's in the driver's seat with what's going on with you, but here's my thoughts since our situations may be similar. My blood work all points to my liver function. To address my 7.0 A1c, fattly liver, higher ALT/AST, higher LDL and Triglycerides likely caused by undernourishment, alcohol consumption, borderline Vit D deficiency, sedentary lifestyle, excess weight and stress... below is the PRESCRIPTION I PRESCRIBED MYSELF using with what I have on hand: Supplementing with 10,000mg QUALITY Vit D3 weekly; milk thistle, burdock root, magnesium, B12 (a little low), and mushrooms. I also take folic acid and zinc a couple times a week. I've pretty much follow an diet of intermittent fasting 16/8 mostly OMAD because I've never been a hungry when I wake up type of person. Upon waking I will alternate between olive oil, lemon and distilled water, and a pinch of Himalayan salt- sometimes with ACV and cayenne, and/or garlic. Mid morning- I make a glass of chlorine dioxide and DMSO.; then about an hour later I have a mug of matcha tea with MCT oil. I make a smoothie for lunch at noon: mustard greens, dandelion greens, bitter melon, large knobs of fresh turmeric, ginger and ginseng, 1 lemon, quality olive oil or MCT, sea moss gel, kefir, and/or buttermilk, an apple or apple juice (sometimes alternate a little pineapple juice for malic acid), brussel sprouts, 5 drops of black cumin seed oil, and about 4 drops or so of DMSO. Some days I add a couple pecans and/or a chia, flax, hemp blend when I remember. *I use what I have on hand. These things strengthen and tonify the liver. This make a LARGE AMOUNT because I have to keep adding distilled water to thin it out to a drinkable consistency. I make sure to chew the small bits not broken down to stimulate all the varied digestive enzymes and bile production. I'll have another serving before or with dinner. Leftovers get mixed in with my pup's raw food dinner. For dinner I have salad of whatever vegetables I have on hand, but always including some sort of bitter greens (mustard, chicory, arugula, etc). My body started craving them strongly about 6mos. ago. Homemade dressing of ACV, citrus, herbs, dash Red Boat fish sauce and spicy dry mustard). I'll add apple slices, blueberries, raisins, or sliced figs for sweetness, local pastured brown eggs, and/or this creamy sheep's & goat's milk cheese I am in love with🤪.Other times sauteed bitter greens (with ginger and garlic and hot pepper flakes), spicy cabbage, collard greens or roasted vegetables. Sometimes beans, sometimes small white or sweet potatoes *** And, high Omega-3 fish (Alaskan salmon, sardines, kippers, herring, bluefish, and/or some shellfish etc)!!! Lots of good quality olive oll. High quality meats a few times a month. I approach it as if I live in the Mediterranean. Never been a big dessert eater. Will have some mixed berries or little pineapple or apple juice if I have a rare hankering for sweets. Things I will add: EXERCISE!!! Moringa tea or oil because I have some already and Solomon's Seal tea. Maybe diatomaceous earth and water again a couple times a week. Another 3 day dry fast and a liver/gall bladder flush soon. Organ meats like chicken livers. Key takeaways: Intermittent fasting Get moving! Understand that the body is an amazingly complex self-healing ecosystem and that you have everything within you for life (and Godliness). Your internal Spirit is the guide and will teach you how to doctor yourself. Follow your natural instincts on what to shop for and what to eat, your body will lead you. LISTEN! Eliminate or reduce sugars. Increase spices of all kinds. Plus, ceylon cinnamon for blood sugar. Cut out nut oils like vegetable, corn, safflower, soybean, etc. (replace with quality organic non-GMO olive, avocado, coconut, and grapeseed oils). Hydrogenated oils are found in just about EVERY packaged food and should be avoided like the plague, same goes with high fructose corn syrup!!! No soy, corn, and peanuts at all. These are cheap, fake nutrients that are 80-90% genetically modified. Eat a handful of healthy nuts like almonds, walnuts, pecans, 1-2 Brazil nuts and seeds daily. Eliminate alcohol, save for an occasional glass of red wine. Variety- shop and eat the rainbow for diveristy of macro/micro nutrients, enzymes etc. Consume fungi, they are extremely neuroprotective. Seaweeds are excellent for an iodine source and other functions. Fermented foods for gut health. Your microbiome is critical to immune system's health. Kimchi, kombucha, sauerkraut, kefir, buttermilk, fermented foods that you can make yourself. Be CURIOUS and read/research. There is much info out there about various healing modalities that a medical doctor will never mention or even have knowledge. PROTEIN, FIBER and OMEGA 3s (good fats) are vitally important for all bodily functions and useful for liver, heart, neurological, cardiovascular, metabolic, mental, and muscular, health, etc. A good quality, minimally processed salt, such as Himalayan should replace table salt! Your body needs salt for thousands of processes. Do not cut salt completely if you've been diagnosed with HBP, moderation is key. Vitamin D levels are critical, most westernized people are critically deficient and this manifests in a variety of ways. Get levels up, now!!! Get sunshine and forest bathe for grounding, mental and heart health. Consider supplementing with a good B complex and magnesium vitamins. Will do wonders. Magnesium can be applied topically as a spray for good absorption using magnesium and/or epsom salts. Bonus- helps with tired, achy body and feet and arthritic conditions. Restful sleep is critical for healing!!! Body goes into autophagy (self healing; also when fasting). WATER. I drink distilled and try to drink half my body weight in ounces. I usually fail, 😆 Eat at home and vastly reduce eating out, if not at all. No fast food or take-out, which are laden with artificial flavorings, colors and hidden chemicals to mimic salt, sugar and umami flavors. "Natural flavors" and "natural spices" that you see on labels are NOT natural! Big Pharma, big agriculture, big food and food manufactured in factories of large multinational corporations typically are not healthy for you, as they value profit over ALL else. Reduce as many chemicals you come in contact with, including GMOs in non-organic conventionally grown food and ALL FOODS, beverages and snacks that contain the new LABEL THAT READS: "MADE WITH BIO-ENGINEERED INGREDIENTS", pesticides/herbacides, chemicals in your foods, skincare and cleaning supplies, etc. Don't buy what you can't pronounce! All of these are processed by your liver and can lead to a toxin laden, sluggish and/or fatty liver. The liver is key and directly impacts every other organ, system and process in your body!!! Lastly, though there's probably way more, don't be afraid of your blood work. Go line by and research wherever you are falling outside of the "normal" ranges. This is useful for connecting the dots of what's going on in your body overall from a big picture perspective (which is how the body operates- as a system). You'll tap into so much knowledge and wisdom enabling you to start gaining control over whatever ails you. Apologies for the lengthy post, but I'm hoping his helps you on your health journey. I know this seems like a lot. Take your time. Don't try to implement all at once to avoid being overwhelmed thus risking falling into failure. Start doing the things that are reasonable to do today, then add as you go along. Eventually, you'll start looking and feeling better and will want to make further increases or modifications to your regimen as your confidence grows. Your kitchen is your pharmacy and eventually it will become a very useful toolkit for your entire family's health and well being. You've got this!!!🙏❤️🙌 Love, peace and blessings, Kriss P.S ~In less than 8 days, my blood sugar regulated that it doesn't spike above 120 after meals and my fasting glucose is around 85-88.

I have completed 28 liver/gallbladder cleanses, as per Andreas Moritz, and released over 7500 intrahepatic gallstones from my liver and lots of frothy sand like material from my gallbladder. Lost forty pounds, lost my puffy moonface, some other skin issues were resolved too and i feel better. I will start the lemon water and milk thistle to keep my liver happy...

Do you have to squeeze the whole lemon? Or a little squeeze of lemon a few times a day? Obviously a whole will probably be better. But I wonder also if too much lemon is a problem too. Like I wonder if 2 lemons squeezed a day too much.

I love this! I did the two weeks and saw great benefits so I kept going! I got sick right away with a viral thing lasting a little over 2 weeks, (haven't been sick in probably 20 years) but I have detoxed in the past and that's usually the first thing that happens...I chase out some latent virus...so that's a good thing. It's been two months now that I have started my day this way. I imagine since lemons are so nutrient dense it can't hurt? I decided to drink the lemon water again in the afternoon and see what happens. Got sick again right away...a light virus thing, only lasting a week. So my question is, is twice a day too much for this lemon water?
