➡️ 1. Increase the Intake of Fiber
Fiber helps our body digest the food that we eat and helps get rid of toxins. Unfortunately, a lot of times, many of the foods that we eat are stripped of their natural fiber content.
➡️ 2. Make Drinking Green Tea a Habit
And, compared to other forms of tea or coffee, green tea is known to have positive health benefits. For example, catechins are commonly present in green tea and serve as an antioxidant for the liver.
➡️ 3. Add Garlic to Your Diet
Garlic is a healthy ingredient that is recognized in many cultures and cuisines for its beneficial properties. It is rich in sulfur that helps the liver by activating certain enzymes to remove toxins from the body.
➡️ 4. Increase Vitamin C Intake
Not only is Vitamin C good for your immune system, it’s been shown to have positive effects on the liver as well. All you have to do is simply eat more citrusy fruits, such as oranges, lemons and grapefruits.
➡️ 5. Add Turmeric to Your Diet
It is believed that the addition of turmeric to your diet can promote the growth of new cells in the liver.
➡️ 6. Add Nuts to Your Diet
Nuts, which are high in protein and amino acids, are known to have beneficial effects on the liver. Walnuts, in particular, are high in arginine and omega-3 fatty acids. Both of these are helpful in cleansing and detoxifying the liver.
➡️ 7. Increase the Consumption of Leafy Green Vegetables
Along with fiber, leafy green vegetables have some amazing compounds that can promote the health of your liver.

Turmeric is a fat soluble "vitamin" which is even more effective when taken with black pepper. The two together help the body retrieve more of the beneficial compounds from the turmeric. Adding a bit of heat to the mix takes it up a notch further. In summary: turmeric warmed with an oil, and some black pepper.

To that list l will add black castor oil. I've had black, not dark, black circles under my eyes for 10 years. I started a weekly oil purge, l am on week 4. The results are amazing. In my case the circles were caused by my lazy and sluggish liver a consequence of the stress of my personal life.

@@tradingforbeginners Hi Guy. On an empty stomach take 4-5 spoonful of black castor oil, l warm it up in a small pan to make it more fluid, as it is quite thick, let it cool to room temp. Squeeze a glass of fresh juice (orange, pineapple, mango, or a mix), to help you gulp the oil down. My personal trick is to keep the oil in my mouth and swallow it with a sip of juice, 5 spoons of oil, 5 sips of juice. Lie down for 20 mns with a warm bottle of water on your liver. You will have your first bowel movement within 3-4 hours. Stay close to the bathroom for the day. You will go 4-5 times, it may vary. Have a soup for the day or a very light meal. If you can fast or intermittent fast, it's best (not compulsory). I am on week 5 of my cleanse. I am elated.

I can appreciate the message you’re trying to put out. I recommend viewing some videos from Dr. Robert Morse. The liver does not store toxins the way you’re portraying here in your video. Toxins or better yet “cellular waste” is dealt with through our bodies lymphatic system. The kidneys and adrenal glands are the key component to keeping our bodies eliminating it’s waste. When the kidneys aren’t filtering is when a persons health will diminish.

    What is the dawn effect?

  • @MegaMindyLou

    @MegaMindyLou

    3 жыл бұрын

@@sammybella6639 The dawn phenomenon occurs due to the release of hormones in the body. These can include things like growth hormone, cortisol, and glucagon. When levels of these hormones increase, your liver is stimulated to release glucose into your bloodstream. This gives your body a boost of energy to prepare you to wake up in the morning. This natural increase in blood sugar occurs in all people. In individuals without diabetes, a rise in blood sugar causes cells in the pancreas to begin producing insulin to help keep blood sugar levels balanced.

I have had pain in my right side and back for over 1.5yrs and docs never suggested it could be my liver. When I insisted on a scan, they eventually gave in. Result: fatty liver and tomorrow am going for a fibroscan. If I hadn't forced my doc to have a scan, I would never have known about this fatty liver. Last year I had a complete body scan and they didn't detect anything. Doctors really get on my nerves! I hope my liver is not too damaged and if it is, that I can repair it. Poor liver! People take it for granted.
