I have completed this lesson twice now and notice a lessening of tension in my lower back and right thigh. I also enjoy the pace and the movements. Thank you!

Thank you for this wonderful lesson! BTW, Tan Dinh is the name of a Roman Catholic church, a market, and a ward in Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon), Vietnam. The center of gravity is called dan tien (3 syllables), also spelled dantian.

I followed along and really appreciate this lesson. Although I am somewhat familiar with Feldonkrais and I’ve been incorporating more of this I still have yet to find what will work for my low back that also greatly affects my right upper thigh (tension)

Thank you, I too have done the lesson 2x and enjoyed new places to sense.Really enjoyed your pace of teaching. Unfolding for me is where the magic happens.Question is rounding up from the floor to stand ok for someone who has osteoporosis?

Thank you, Darlene! So glad you enjoyed it. Hope you are joining us for the rest of the series. Dwight will be answering questions in live Q&As that are part of the series. If you are referring to the rounding up and unfolding at the end of the lesson while standing, as long as you don't force the rounding of the spine or overdo it and you take the time to gradually straighten the spine and not snap yourself from being rounded up to straighten up. Going slow, and not forcing anything is the key here. Hope this helps.
