Someone at Dell did their homework and made this plug separate from the mobo! the first thing kids do is trip over this wire and mess up the jack. thx for the video!! :)

Great video. Unfortunately, I don't have any sound with this. I've got it apart despite lack of verbal instructions. When I change out the part then I'll watch the rest to get it back together.

hey sir , is when that part dies , it make the motherboard doest work and had no more power throught it and in the same time the charger stops working as securety protocol for safety of the charger cuz i have that trouble in laptop like that and i guess is the same part you changing is the dead one ^^ please answer me with ur opinions and thoughts and thank you .
