Department of Corrections Director James "Michael" Francke Murdered in 1989

In this interesting and somewhat bizarre case, James "Michael" Francke was murdered inside the Department of Corrections Building where he worked as the director. A man by the name of frank gable was arrested and spent 28 yrs in prison but was released as the witnesses that put him away, recanted that he was the murderer. So in a sense, this case is still unsolved.

@@InfamousCrimeLocations I think it’s pushing the line of respect going to crime scenes and I think going to graves 🤦🏼‍♀️ like you said it’s disrespectful x I wouldn’t be happy to see any kind of media at anyone’s grave, just not right is it. Using it for views, so…I’ll stick with you 😀 Gwen something was a mega church lady, she tragically dies in a plane crash. I’m atheist, but this annoyed me…someone went to where they were all buried on the property of the church and filmed! I won’t include my thoughts on those churches because she can’t defend herself, it wouldn’t work for us all to be sheep and all have the same views either. But it’s not the time or place for that, so I’ll zip it up! Have a good day 😀almost evening here in the uk 😀

Thanks Harmin. The architecture of this old building is beautiful . The story makes me wonder if all of his coworkers were telling the truth. You’d think someone would have heard a fight like that. Plus, if I found my coworker’s car door open but not him... I would have called the authorities. Don’t understand why they would assume he just rode with someone else? Someone knows what happened.

Thank you for the video. Where was his body? Inside the building? So strange! Was there inmates kept there? Did he have family? How old was he? Sad we may never learn who murdered him.

Yeah he was 42. His body was originally found inside with blood everywhere. This building is where staff worked so no inmates were housed here. Pretty sad that it's technically unsolved

It's really different for a man in his position to be murdered, but not solved.

June 27th is the day my dad died, his name was Frank. Strange coincidence. Oh wow, June 28 2019 was literally a day after he died.ibknow this has nothing to do with the video but its just odd. Good video bro

I remember the Francke homicide well having grown up there and still living there at the time it happened. I have always felt Gable was not the right guy.

Frank Gable was charged with his murder but Francke’s brother believes Gable was a patsy. Conspiracy

I'm surprised they didn't have cameras and at least one witness since he was murdered in the main corrections building. This sounds like a flawed investigation and a cover up since the main suspect was conviently let go.

Cameras weren’t a thing in the early 90s. Most banks didn’t even have real ones until the late 90s. Yep, they were so rare & expensive, that most places had fakes.

@@sunshine3914. I thought cameras were always a thing but the quality wasn't as good. If they would have spent the extra money on cameras, they would have seen and caught his murder on Camera. I'm still baffled at them not having witnesses either. This case baffles me.
