In January 1989, Michael Francke, the Director of the Oregon Department of Corrections, was found dead outside his office building in Salem, Oregon. Later in 1989, Town Hall gathered reporters and family members to discuss the murder case that has continued to be unsolved to this day.

The murderer is dead. He was with Billy Jack Hayes (knew about it wrestler) and Navarro was the killers name. He was killed two years later in a car accident. It is so much corruption going on their and drugs in that prision. He was getting ready to blow the cap off the corruption. His murder has never been solved.
