What he failed to mention and Melanie did, was that Chad & Lori wanted David to invest in the land to be used for the 144000. He stated in Lori's trial (I believe) that he wasn't interested.

Going after Mel Gibb is a waste of time...the mountain of shade coming at Chad is like an avalanche...Prior needs to read a book about influencing juries and being likeable...if I needed a defense attorney I definitely would NOT hire him...he is condescending and icky!! 2 attributes that almost guarantee defeat. Lori's defense attorney is likeable and persuasive...but his hands were tied by Lori...Chad and Lori's approach to their trials is the worst I've ever seen...it ensures they will get everything that's coming to them...

Hope Nate and family are having a great time overseas. And fun at 4.24.24 wedding. Great job covering

N doing too good job of it. All he has to do is make 1 person unsure (& remember that person would be going into this assuming chad daybell is 100% innocent) The prosecution has to convince 12 people (again 12 ppl who assume chad is 100% innocent) that he did this. Objectively the state is putting on A LOT of evidence against Lori but there hasnt been much against chad thats concrete. Ppl should be worried about how well Prior is preforming. The State is preforming well it just feels like they forgot they arent trying Lori. BUT it is still very early in the trial and i hope the State has more, bc i believe hes guilty and deserves prison.
