I made them today. They turned out super soft. I am not good with dough and was encouraged by your step by step tutorial. They look like roses before baking. After that they look like garden snails 😊. whatever how they take shape after baking, the end results was superb. Thank you so much for your encouragement. Bincy, just FYI - my husband said he fancied 'something with apple in it' today, so what the heck, I substituted the custard filling for an apple filling and they were fantastic. Custard filling tomorrow :-)
